The location is very good - in front of seven eleven, restaurants and 3 minutes walk to the beach from your room. Staff were helpful and nice They give you beach towels for free, and free entrance to a very good fitness center that locates 10 minutes from the hotel.

The room is very basic, only 2 places to plug in charger, shower is okay and nothing more Be aware to leave the room as you got it or they'll charge you for damage, they charge us 30 baht for missing spoon

Beautiful and relaxing resort, amazing swimming pool with bar service, good breakfast options, incredibly kind staff. I already been there in December 2023 and did not hesitate to book again on October 2024.

The only thing, it was a little bit noisy. I could hear the loud music coming from the bars and night clubs around there. PP island became a party island for farangs only, it will be noisy every day 24/7.

Very cool and cozy hotel, here I had the feeling that I live in the jungle, so much greenery and at the same time the whole territory is very well maintained, the staff is very nice, the location is excellent. I really liked the shower, very powerful pressure in the tap and the water does not stagnate in the sink, I stayed in 4 hotels in Thailand and this is the first hotel in which everything is very good with the installation and plumbing in the bathroom. the pool is clean, it is very cool that there is a bar in the pool. I liked the breakfast. If I return next time to Ko Phi Phi I will definitely return to this hotel!

The only thing that was a minus for me personally was the pillows being too tightly stuffed. I just find it hard to sleep on pillows that are too big, my back and neck usually hurt afterwards.

The whole resort was just fantastic- between the layout of all the houses to the walkway to the pool area. The location couldn’t have been better as it is just a 2 minute walk to the beach and within a the first minute you are on the strip where all the bars and restaurants are. The staff were great, we were met at the pier by a staff member who brought our bags and us to the hotel. The houses were clean and had air con and WiFi. The breakfast buffet was great it had the typical Asian breakfast cuisine but also catered to the western world by having fresh covered fruit, freshly baked goods, fresh coffee brew, granola and yogurt, freshly cooked eggs done how you liked. When going to the beach or pool you could rent a towel for free at reception which was a nice touch.

Breakfast was good.Many options. A must have is the omelette! The common area's were very clean. Very polite and helpful staff. 2 bottles of water every day for free. Very good location. Away enough from the beachbars loud music. Very close to the view point 1! Next to a 7-Eleven shop. Many restaurants and other facilities close to. The clean swimming pool.

The mattress and the pillows were a bit hard for us. Our bungalow is a bit dated. With a small renovation will be perfect. Too many mosquitoes. Make sure you have a mosquito repellent with you. This is something in general that happens noy only in the Hotel.

Location was great, close to the beach but long enough to be quiet from night life. Close to good restaurants. The cabanas were nice and clean with daily cleaning and refill of toilet paper and water. They also provided pool towels. The pool was good. I love all the plants surrounding the property. Cabanas have insect screen nets. Aircon worked perfectly. Most staff were very friendly.

Breakfast was lacking some western options such as ham or bacon, or mushrooms. The bed was a bit hard and it would be nice to have an extra pillow, but nothing to complain. The shower drain was clogged, so did the shower head with not much water coming out. The pool playlist was very repetitive, playing all day same songs. Some days during breakfast their playlist was also a bit loud, another type of melodic music would be nicer in the morning.

10 min walk from the pier, and good location away from all of the partying chaos, but still close enough if you want to go and get involved. Big pool with swim up bar that actually has a staff member stationed. Was a nice nature feeling around the accommodation as wooden boardwalks with a lot of trees and greenery. Right below the viewpoint walk which is a must do in Phi Phi

A little dated, everything felt like it could do with an update. They had an ancient box tv in our room which was madness. Would have been better to have no tv at all than have something so old in the room you can’t really watch. The pool area was nice, however the water was too warm to enjoy on a hot day and not enough loungers.

The accommodation met our expectations, we even extended our stay by an extra night, which we promptly arranged at the reception. A wide selection of breakfasts, clean accommodation, beautiful garden with streets around the bungalows. Close to 7/11, restaurants. There is a beach nearby where there are beach clubs, the music did not bother us and it was not very loud. Watch out for mosquitoes, I recommend buying repellent. We would love to go back there again.A willing employee drove us and carried our luggage from the pier to the hotel and back.

We didn't use the pool, but that's our fault. We preferred the sea and trips to the surrounding beautiful beaches - I recommend Long beach and a trip to Maya bay.

We loved the old style bungalows it reminded us of our travelling days 25 years ago but we had the luxury of air con, it was a little dated but that was part of the charm! The shower was powerful and a welcome relief after a day on the beach, we were only given one pillow each but supplied two more when asked, breakfast was ok I stuck with just toast and juice. The pool was great and we were lucky enough to get beds, so spent the day there relaxing. The staff were amazing, my friend fell and sprained her ankle and the staff were very attentive and kind and got her to the local hospital with no fuss! It was within walking distance to everything but the noise wasn’t too bad at all!

Nothing much apart that maybe more towels as we were only given one each, when u have long hair you need two.

Beautiful setup with lots of greenery and small bungalows - mine was well positioned - not too close to swimming pool or the entrance - so quiet. Good breakfast, WiFi worked fine. On the way to the other Long Beach (<10min) as the main beach in the city center is awful and overcrowded. Free access to fitness in the Banyan Resort (<10min). 2 bottles of water free per day. Was very nice overall.

AC freezing cold even if set to 25 degrees. Swimming pool area very tiny (some 10 sun beds) so come early in the morning if you want one. Check-in strictly at 2pm but ok. A bit more mosquitoes in the resort. Missing shades on the windows - you can’t make it completely dark inside. Otherwise nothing wrong, just the island is totally overcrowded with party people and beaches/water were disappointment
