The hotel is located near Loh Dalum Beach, but it's a bit far from the port. If you have a lot of luggage, you might want to contact the staff before arriving so they can help carry your bags. The staff is super friendly and enthusiastic. When I stayed, the hotel was still under construction and development, so it wasn't completely clean, but the staff was very proactive. Highly recommend.

The properties location was perfect. Close to everything. The staff were super helpful. And the room was big and a very good working Aircon. There are some renovations happening but we never heard or disturbed by it. Even though there are a lot of parties happening, once inside the room we didn’t hear anything. Would definitely recommend!

Nice cheap place and the staff were lovely!

- Room was clean and comfortable, good a/c - Bathroom is old but was clean and did the job - Good location near all the good restaurants and bars - Reception staff were kind and very helpful. Helped us with our bags to and from the pier.

- It looks like they are in the middle of renovating so the hallway entrance from street to room was dark and a bit messy but not a big deal. Still a good price for whats available on Phi Phi.
