we absolutely loved the private pool with a outstanding view. The view from our room by the private pool is what made this place amazing. we loved that we had a private pool shared with a few other rooms though, during our time there it was just us which we loved. We honestly didn't want to leave, we came here during off peak (rainy season)

The only downside to the place was the mattress is solid hard and noise at night from the beach club, we understand there wasn't much they could do about that. We also upgraded on arrival due to noise but truthfully doesn't make any difference. But that is unfortunately what you get on a small island. Staff was kind enough to give me ear bugs.

Very clean, the photos on booking.con do not do it justice as the location and pool area especially are beautiful.

Liked the location in the centre of the island allowing quick access to all areas. Loved the beach club, it was perfect for kids and kept them entertained. The rooms were a decent size and comfortable.

The pool had some sharp tiles/edges causing cuts on feet. Also there was Asphalt all around the pool area which needed cleaning up, it ruined some of the kids swimmers during a day at the pool.

the resort is nice, you wouldn't expect such a big space, hidden behind the narrow streets of Phi Phi Fist time in my life i saw there a banana tree. :)

The window was poorly fixed, so when wind came, it made a lot of noise the bed's mattress was hard

The location was superb were were a bit reluctant about booking after seeing all the reviews. The reception were fantastic and only charged us 1 night to see if we liked it as they had complaints of noise. We didn’t hear a thing and stayed extra nights. Its beach front location and great staff make this hotel. We loved it.

Our only complaint is the beds are not very comfortable ok for a few nights but couldn’t have stayed here for 2 weeks.

Initially, I had booked a standard room, but the receptionist immediately warned us that there would be a lot of noise and it would be difficult to sleep. They offered us other rooms and showed us a total of 4 rooms in the end. We chose a superior room with a sea view (ST04) and ended up paying twice as much as we had originally planned. However, the room was very beautiful, a bit small, but new and nicely furnished, with plenty of drawers and a really cool ceiling. The hotel’s location is excellent—right on the beach and in the heart of the action. The pools have amazing views, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent, 10/10, with a lot of variety. We were very satisfied, but I would strongly recommend not staying in a standard room, as you might end up disappointed.

The standard room was terrible, very basic, like something for backpackers. I definitely recommend choosing at least a superior room. The bathroom was a bit small, with my feet touching the door, but otherwise, we were satisfied.

Honestly it was probably the best location to stay - directly on the beach with a beautiful pool overlooking it. PP Charlie has the same amenities as PP Princess but for less €€!! we had a great stay here - and there was exceptional service from all staff. Our bags were collected from the pier when we arrived and dropped back when we were leaving which made everything so handy.

The smallest critique but there was some sort of hatch in our room’s ceiling that leaked water on us a few times but it wasn’t over the bed or anything like that so it was okay!

The pool is the star in this hotel, was amazing, the view its very pretty. The staff super friendly, it’s full of friendly cats which i personally love! The breakfast was very good as well, the place is very big and you have a second hided pool that has an amazing view too. Looks pretty and again the staff its the second star of the hotel.

They should change the beds, weren’t to comfy. The room needed some repairs. The noise from the bars its annoying but it stop around 2 am , i think this is. A problem you will have in any place here. I didn’t liked the fact that they charge extra to go to the gym, i think that should be included, just that.

The pool was a bit of a joke. You had to spend a certain amount of money to get a bed

Hotel breakfast is amazing. Best buffet we have had so far at a hotel in the islands of Thailand. You sit right on the beach which is beautiful in the mornings plus you can have your eggs freshly made too which is a great touch. Lots of variation between different types of food such as a european breakfast and local foods too. The location is right in the centre of Phi Phi which is great. Everything like the Pier where you arrive, all the restaurants and bars plus beaches are within an 8 minute walk. The pool is lovely looking out to the sea. You can sit on a sunbed all day for free it is only the cabana beds which are ‘minimum spend’. Music on all day at the pool it makes it feel like a mini beach club with table service too. Staff were super helpful whenever we needed them. Reception warned us about our room being super noisy as it was “Only a standard room” so therefore it’s right above a sports bar which plays music all night. We felt a little unsettled that she kept saying “only a standard” and felt like she wanted us to pay more money to upgrade but we chose to stick with it as we didn’t want to pay anymore for accommodation due to our daily budgets. Pleased she pre-warned us though.

Noise!! If you are in a standard room at this hotel you won’t be able to sleep even with earplugs until 2-3am. The sports bar next door blasts live music; Singer, drum set etc. until 3am which is great as the sports bar is having fun, but when you’re trying to sleep you absolutely can’t. It was as if we were playing the music full volume on a speaker in our room. We aren’t dramatic people either, we’re young and often out until late but we struggled to sleep every night with earplugs after going out for a couple drinks.
