-really nice hotel, in the center of an island, close to beaches, a ferry pier, shops, restaurants, exchange, a pharmacy. Room is not big, but there is everything you need, safety box, towels, beach towels, a minibar with snacks and drinks in the fridge. There is also a balcony with furniture. Good breakfast. The biggest advantage of this hotel is really enormous, clean swimming pool with a pool bar.

-some people might have problem to sleep, cause the area is a bit noisy, cause there is a beach with bars open until 2 a.m. Of course, this is not a hotel's fault, and they are aware of it, cause there are free earplugs available in the room.

We were so pleasantly surprised that someone from the resort was waiting for us when we arrived and took our bags to the hotel for us, this was amazing service (and back to the pier when we left), staff super friendly and helpful with any questions and recommendations. Phi phi does not sleep! So I feel like this would be an issue in any hotel in the most popular area of Phi Phi, but it’s so loud at night. The hotel does provide ear plugs which we think is a great touch and we really appreciated as they definitely helped. I think the one big issue is that the room only had 2 sockets. One near the bed and one on the other side of the room. But when you’re trying to charge more than one thing each between you it’s very difficult, especially because you need to be in the room with the key in the holder for the electric to work. We just left the key in and went in the pool to allow our devices to charge, 2 birds one stone.

Centrally located, clean, warm pool. Staff helped us bringing the luggage to the ferry.

Prior to arriving we has requested a crib for a 1 year old. They gave us an extra bed instead, and stated at check in they do not have cribs. This should have been communicated when we sent the request. We explained that this would not be suitable as baby could fall off the bed but staff offered no solution. So we had to improvise and push 2 chairs together We asked for pillows to make it like a matress and staff we reluctant to give us more pillows. As location is very central, the music from nearby clubs are quite loud. So if you want a quiet hotel choose a different one.

Great resort with a nice pool and rooms

Good location but very loud at night with music from the beach parties. Also was charged for waters and chips despite a “complimentary” sign, so be careful.

Anita is perfectly placed right near the beach and is close to everything. The staff are friendly and take great pride in their work. The pool is great to relax in during the day. The air conditioning worked perfectly.

Unfortunately the noise from the beach party is “extreme” every night from 8:30pm to well into the early hours in the standard rooms closest to the beach. It is much quieter in the rooms on the other side of the block (we had 3 rooms so could compare). If noise bothers you then requesting a standard room furthest from the beach party is for you. If you are on a tight budget you can’t bring your own drinks to the pool.

Liked the size of the room. In my case we could not hear much noise from the beach bar next to the hotel so I guess we were lucky with the room we got. If you can, request a quiet room ahead of your check in. We had a room at the ground floor with pool view, right next to the breakfast place. Staff at reception were very nice and staff also helped us to carry the luggage to the pier, which it was so kind. The pool was clean and breakfast was decent.

The security guy at night time was very rude. We booked a room last minute and by the time we checked in it was night time and dark. I didn’t get to see the pool rules and timetable. I soaked my feet in the pool and the security guy pointed at me with his torch and came towards me shouting. I apologised and he told me “don’t you know how to read??” Pointing at the swimming pool board with the rules. He had a torch so he could see but I couldn’t as I said it was dark. After apologising to him I tried to explain that we just checked in and I didn’t get to see the rules but at this point he kept shouting and making fun of me with another member of staff. I found his behaviour absolutely disgusting. I hope he gets sacked.

We chose the property for its location and accessibility to all the party places. The location is perfect. It's right in the middle of everything you need. Restaurants , 7/11s, street shops and street food, and all the bars. The rooms were very good, spacious and comfortable. Good bathrooms too. They provide pool towels too. Had a balcony with pool view. The pool was good too. I would choose Anita resort again. On the last day post checkout, they let us washup in the ground floor washroom which is meant for the Pool users i guess. Also gave us towels. That was helpful.

We wanted to extend a night. And while we did inform them really late, the staff at reception charged us more than the booking.com rate for the additional night. We did pay up. But the same rate would have been appreciated. The main staff is not available at night. We did I firm about extending to one of the official helpers there, but the reception staff said they are not aware. There will be noise as the property is very close to the bars that are up till 4-5 am. You can use the ear plugs they provide.

The bungalow was lovely and very central location… in the hub of phi phi and a 20m walk from the beach (not the cleanest beach as it’s a very nightlife oriented beach). The buffet breakfast was nice and staff friendly.

Be warned that it’s located right next to a club that closes at 3am every night so you can hear the loud music until then. They very kindly provide ear plugs but some people might not like this. The pool bar wasn’t always staffed.

location wasn’t too far from pier, there was a staff member at port who took our luggage to resort for us. best air con we’ve had in Asia!! staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant, and it was one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed. We asked to extend for one night and check out late and they had no issues with this.

breakfast was the only big let down, there was not much variety but it was a big plus to have breakfast included for a cheap room.

Amazing view with a big window and lots of natural light, aircon worked so well and the pool was big and clean. Location is right next to a beautiful beach you can kayak at and chill. The rooms and bathroom was very clean too! They gave us free water every day and the lady held our bags after check out and let us chill by the pool, swim and take a shower after we checked out before our 3:30 ferry!

We were on the top floor so the music was very loud every night, you can hear the thump of music from the beach bars until 3am but if you stay on a lower floor it is very quiet.
