very nice brand new rooms, Great location away from the parties in town. friendly staff.

The Wi-Fi is weak and disconnects constantly. The newer rooms in which we stayed were lovely but a lot noisier than the older rooms. Also the pool area needs some renovations & the water needs to be tested. we all got very sick after swimming there and ended up in hospital a few days.

Great location if you want to be a little out of the way but not up the hills. A flat 5 min walk to all of the bars but quiet at night to sleep. Not many people used the pool so it was great to cool off or relax after diving. The rooms are big and clean with great aircon and a fridge. There was a little shop on site too. We don't need cleaning every day so I loved that when we asked not to be disturbed, the cleaners would still leave us a bag with replacement towels, toilet paper, water, coffee etc outside. We would just exchange for rubbish and old towels by the end of the week. Very helpful.

Had to log back into the wifi every time you left & returned, and sometimes again in the morning. Manageable but a little annoying.

Everything was nice I loved my room ! The owner allowed me to stay one hour more to finish my hike I really appreciated !

I was attacked by monkeys nearby my room, they were very numerous, maybe I fell at the wrong time. Fortunately, the owner room was close to mine and helped me to isolate myself for 30 minutes (the time they go away) ! Without her help they were close to leaving with my bag and biting me because I refused to let go of my bag... So I recommend, just be carefull to not have food in your room, monkeys can smell it from far away and then wait outside your room

The WiFi was really good. It will say it's not connected, but it is. We had to have our phones in airplane mode though otherwise it used our data. Free water every morning is a nice touch. The pool is nice.

The room was very bright at night and the bed was rock hard and uncomfortable. The room is huge but because of that the aircon doesn't ever really get to a nice temperature. Water pressure for the shower was basically non existent

It is a quiet place to stay. The room was clean and very big, also a big bathroom. Our room was upstairs in front of the pool and we loved it. It is close to the center but not so close to the beach, the good ones. The pool was clean. We liked this place.

Down stairs on the alley there were some working and repairs, and some noise because of this, but we didnt hear it from our room.

Quite a big room for Thailand. Probably the biggest we've got in 20 days trip. Very comfortable bed and super clean. It's a bit further away from all the noise/busy part of town, but nothing that 5 or less minutes walking won't take you there. That makes it super convinient for being close to it, and far away enough that you can have a good night of sleep

The bathroom has a weird disposition what makes it wet during the whole time. But... Due to the heat of Thailand it dries out reasonably well, so nothing too concerning

The bungalow was very spacious with a comfortable bed, powerful air con and large bathroom. The pool was a huge bonus as well as the large porch area outside the main door! It’s also about a 8ish min walk from the centre which is good to get away from the noise

The shower head wasn’t great but nothing that impacted the stay :)

The pool was good. The location was quiet though just a 10min walk to the harbour or 5 mins to bars and restaurants. Bed was firm but still comfy. Plenty of space in the room, aircon was good and relatively quiet. Wi-fi did the job. More than happy for our 2 nights on the island.

The stairs could be a challenge for anyone who isn't in good health as they are steep. The decor is very dated if thats something you car about, we didn't.

The view and the care of the staff. Room big and comfy. They offered free transfer from the pier. You go walking because in PhiPhi everyone is walking but the staff took our luggage’s from the pier to the hotel.

Internet didn’t work properly. They should renewal the towels, our ones were break and wipe.

My room was amazing. Up on the hill you look back at another cliff and the view point. Nice to be elevated at night a bit away from the centre. At night you just hear locals talking down on the street which is nice. Pool is great. When you arrive you may feel disappointed you are not right next to the ferry terminal. Once settled in I appreciated the location, and you are only a short walk away from bars and restaurants.

Not a problem from me but the there are a few steps to be mindful of.
