You feel although you are staying in the rainforest the view is outstanding. They even have mosquitoes nets around the bed which was a huge positive as the was so many mosquitoes everywhere. The staff were very helpful including with helping with luggage. It was perfect location in the middle off where the shops are and only 2 minutes walk from the beach.

I wouldn’t recommend for anyone who find steps difficult as there are a lot. Don’t worry if you have a suitcase I promise they do really help you out !!

The staff were super nice and very fast to respond to requests. It was a descent climb to the top room but the view was worth it and the staff carried our bags up. Fridge was nice. High ceilings. Very big room. Big bathroom. Floor to ceiling windows and amazing porch with amazing views of town and ocean.

Gap in door meant mosquitoes could get in but not many there when we were there.

The hotel was situated nearby the view point and as the rooms are set on stairs up the mountain the view from all rooms were beautiful ! Mr Bond at reception was always ready to help and was polite and friendly. We ended up staying an extra 2 nights here which again Mr Bond helpfully sorted for us.

After reading all of the reviews I was abit worried to stay here but after visiting myself I can say that it’s great value for money, clean, and just what u need when staying in phi phi

Room was spacious with high ceilings and just looked very nice! A nice area away from the noise but still close to everything - only a 10 minute walk to the port and everything was situated in between. Staff were nice and the place seemed clean.

Nothing to complain about, maybe just a few more lights around the rooms as it’s quite dark at night!

Loved the monkeys coming for a visit in the morning while your having your morning coffee/smoke and having a stare down, the pool area is well kept, the pool bar is very close and does great variety, and value for money , great over all stay.

I enjoyed the whole stay, no comments.

This was a nice little hotel. Our room was exactly 100 stairs up.. no lifts and with someone who has a knee injury it wasn't the best but the views from our room were worth it !! We woke up to a monkey in our room too that was fun

Beautiful place located near the busy area, but a little far enough to be quiet at night Staff are super friendly and as always very hospitable as it is all over Thailand Overall I had a beautiful time and will be visiting again

There’s no restaurant so no food Stayed in one room that required a lot of energy to get to, with at least 15 flights of stairs The front desk was happy to change my room when asked

The view was amazing. We stayed at the top floor and could see the entire sea from there. Though there were lots of stairs to climb but totally worth it.

The reception was very quiet and lacks the welcoming vibes. However, staff was cordial.

The stairs! I have a bad tummy and cannot exert myself but we had to climb circa 200 stairs to our room There was no mention of this on booking.com

View was good enough, quite a new bungalow comparing to what I had before. Helpful stuff, quite place.

A fridge was not working. Also sometimes it is not the best option to have reception available only until 8pm. But in general all good.
