1. beautiful view worth the few stairs ;) 2. lovely and helpful staff 3. great location short walk from hustle and bustle (we are medium fit couple in 30’s and had zero trouble with the stairs, we even carried our backpacks there - we find some tragic comments about the stairs funny and exaggerated ;) ) 4. a lot of water bottles in the fridge 5. clean 6. hot water and good pressure in the shower 7. comfortable bed

the only thing we did not like was that the rest water from Airco was disposed in the middle of the bathroom so there was always a lot of water when you enter. Just extra 10cm of the pipe would solve the problem and guide the water to the shower.

Good value for money on Phi Phi Don. Clean room, 4 towels at the spot, shampoo and shower gel. Welcoming host. Good location - close to the pier (around 10min walk), close to Loh Dalum beach (5 min), not too much music discernable coming from there at night. We lived on the second "level" and the stairs to get to the room did not bother us at all. Nice balcony and view from the room. The bed and the pillows are ok. You have to check out by 11, but if you have a ferry in the afternoon, you can leave the bag at the receiption and they have a public bathroom with a shower that you can use when you come back for the bag - this is a great option!

The only real problem we encountered - the signs say not to keep open the balcony door as the monkeys can get in, and there is no fan. The aircon is old and it was difficult to sleep with it on, even having it at 26 degrees - it was too cold in the room and the aircon is directly above the bed, so had to keep it on all night and tuck in the blancket.

Rooms were very clean despite being old. The view was amazing. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony at night. The staff were extremely nice. It’s nicely located on top of a hill in Phi Phi town. The AC worked well except in the middle of the afternoon. They have luggage transfer service to and from the pier.

It gets hot inside the room in the middle of the afternoon between 2-5pm even with the AC on, as the sun hits directly into the room. So it’s the perfect time to go enjoy the beach and take a swim :) It’s pretty noisy at night because of the bars on the beach… bring earplugs or noise cancelling earphones.

the view from our room was amazing, the staff waited at ferry and took our very heavy luggage too the hotel room ready for when we checked in, they also took it back to the ferry when leaving phi phi and gave us a free post card. on check in we were very hot and cold water was given to us straight away free of charge. central to everything including loh dalum beach.

the bed was very uncomfortable, would have given it a 10 if this wasn’t the case. room could do with a little refurbishments. quite a few steps to get up to the room but wasn’t an issue for us - could be for someone older

The location was great. Only a short walk from just about everything. There are some stairs, but that didn't bother us. the hotel does have a service to bring your bags and cases to and from the hotel, so no worries about having to carry all your stuff up the stairs. View from balcony was one of the best on the island I think. Clean and cozy. Music from the beach party barely audible, but we were on the lower levels.

risk of monkey stealing your stuff! maybe a bit needing renovation. rooms are a bit small. noisy drunks coming back from the party at 2-3-4 am.

The blue view house has amazing views from the balcony, however this comes with a lot of stairs / steps (210 to our room on floor D) so this was a hike every time we needed to access the room but we didn’t mind it! The rooms are average but they have everything you need in them for a comfortable stay & the aircon is very good! The staff are extremely helpful, always happy and smiley & jump to help out with luggage up the 100s of stairs & take your luggage to the pier for you! They also supplied us with loads of bottles of water for the room which was lovely, especially after the stairs :)

n/a… We didn’t mind the stairs but this is something to consider if you are unfit / older as there is no lift - the only way to get up is the stairs. It is fairly loud from the bars on a night but we didn’t mind this either! The showers aren’t the most powerful but they do the trick. Bed is a little hard but fine for 3/4 nights :)

The staff are very friendly and the view from the balcony is great. Water is updated regularly in the rooms so you’ll never go without. I enjoyed my 8 nights here, there are also loads of friendly local cats if you’re an animal lover like me!

The walls are quite thin, meaning I could hear *everything* the neighbours got up to. Could hear talking outside quite loudly at the early hours of the morning, however this was solved by wearing earplugs! Only other downfall for me is the local noise/music which can be loud early hours into the morning. If you’re a light sleeper, invest in earplugs because this hotel is worth visiting for sure and don’t be put off by the music!

Fantastic view from the balcony. A bit out of the center, which is from our point of view a plus. The room was basic but tidy and clean. Very helpful service for carrying the baggages from the pier to the hotel room.

Despite of the location away from the party area, the music can be heard very clearly. We needed to sleep with our noise-cancelling headphones. A better sound-proofing of the windows would be ideal.

The location is great, it's in the nature and you can see the monkeys from your balcony. It's a small room with everything you need, they even give you few water bottles but only on the first day. Be aware that you'll have to walk up the stairs (it was around 100 to our room) but it's nothing to worry about. The bed was very comfortable.

The wifi wasn't stable. It can be a bit loudly in the evening/early mornings. It's be great if there were mosquito nets on the windows.

Loved the location, the view from the room, the man who picked us up from the dock and walked us to the hotel and carried our luggage was awesome make sure you tip him!!

The stairs are killer but if you’re eating 3 meals a day, it’s a good work out lol. Not good for kids or elderly.
