The pool that is free to use for guests of midnight despite being attached to a separate property is brilliant, has a lounging area around it & and unreal view. The place is sufficiently away from any noise of bars etc but not too far a walk & the balcony’s are a good size.

The place was a little tricky to find as it’s not overly signposted and google maps takes you to the road that is a left turn earlier than the actual address. We asked a local who pointed us in the right direction. After a sweaty walk with bags from the boat ideally you want to be able to find the place swiftly. Balcony furniture is usable but very dated & worn.

Solid brick wall building in a quiet area but central to everything with very easy access, (only a few steps). We had quiet nights sleep with minimal noise on a good comfy large bed. Good wifi. Good A/C, kettle + coffee, fridge that stays “on” working when you leave the room, in a modern large comfortable room with good sized balcony. We were also able to use the Infinity (style) pool next door about 5 mins walk away, and it was way better than we expected (we were the only ones using the pool) with a lovely sea view in the distance. We had room 15 and stayed a week. We have stayed at many places on Phi phi over the years and this is a good one. Many places on this island have paper thin walls. The owners here are laid back, and the Thai guy speaks some English, or you can easy communicate by using your phone. Free baggage pickup from pier to the hotel (message hotel of your arrival time beforehand ) i gave the baggage guy 40 baht as a drink, it saved us carrying our backpacks in the midday sun ☀️ he was happy. All shops/restaurants and different beaches are all an easy walk away. Theres minimart style shops 2 mins walk away. Every thing to see and do in Phi Phi is within easy walking distance. We are here in mid July, which is a much quieter shoulder season and obviously with lower prices than high season and way less people but still very good. Enjoy 🏝️ ☀️

Bathroom’s shower area could do with a good spring clean, shower water is not hot. TV in our room only had Thai channels so we never watched it. Bed only had a bottom sheet (no top sheet) then a quilt. You have to ask for a top sheet.

Everything was like expected, the room was even a bit bigger and nicer than i expected.

Google mape took me me the wrong path, i was really nervous, wet and being eaten by mosquitoes, before i finally spoke with girl from the reception and after another 5min of walking found the place. I think its really not their fold but still a nice warning if somebody else had the same problem.

It was cheap and a good location. Quiet and you got bottles of water and the AC worked well. Basic but clean and what you need.

The power turned off when you left the place which meant everything in the fridge went warm . This was challenging because I had medication that needed to stay cold.

Friendly staffs and comfortable bed. The pool is also very good.

It’s a little burglar from the center

I liked how nice the room was, very clean and spacious. It had everything I needed like aircon, WiFi, and a hot shower. Plus it had extras like cable TV, a refrigerator, and an electric kettle.

I didn't like how far of a walk it was from the city center but it did reduce noise pollution, plus the path was beautiful with the elephant lamps. It shares a pool with another nearby hotel, which is nice, but that pool is farther up the steep hill.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Fridge in the room was great to have for water, fruit etc. Easy walking distance to everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed for a month and our room was cleaned every 4th day- clean sheets & towels.

Walls are a bit thin.

This is a simple little place however as we were returning to Phi Phi for the second time it was perfect for us. The location is perfect if you prefer being slightly out of the main streets and want a quiet nights sleep. It’s only a pleasant 15 minute walk from the pier. There was confusion on finding the hotel on previous reviews however we were informed by the staff that this has since been resolved and updated on google maps. The facilities were great, no issues. Great staff, they even let us check in early and check out late. Great stay - Highly recommend

Amazing pool that overlooked some of phi phi. Close enough to the main hustle and bustle of everything but just far away that is is nice and quiet. TV had Netflix which is always a win. Room was clean and bed was big. Amazing place to stay for the price for sure!!

Shame the water fountain didn’t work but was close enough to a convenience store to buy some water anyway

Staff was great! Very friendly! Hospitable and very knowledgeable. We booked for two night and ended up staying for almost a week. Just a 10 minute walk to the beach and also to town, the location I cannot complain either. Will definitely be returning for sure!
