Easy to get to the property. The pool had lots of lounge chairs (or bean bags) with umbrellas for the much needed shade as it was completely, wonderfully sunny and about 32 degrees each day we were there (yay!). And the front of house staff were sweet and helpful, letting us check in early.

If we could have had drink service by the pool that would have been wonderful. As it was, we were perfectly capable of walking the few feet to the store and buying our own Changs ;)

We had a nice big room with a nice view out the back of the hotel. The bed was fine and the air con worked well. The pool was nice. It's in a great location away from the centre but close enough and on the way to some quieter beaches.

It's a bit shabby around the edges - our sliding balcony door didn't close properly and rattled when it was windy and the toilet seat was broken. However, despite these small things we enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Andaman, far enough away that from the hustle and bustle so as to feel relaxing but close enough that you could be there easily (10 min walk). Plenty of restaurants nearby. We ended up staying for 8 nights as my partner cut his foot on a tour and they were so accommodating with us, free luggage transport to and from the pier was very appreciated. The pool area was beautiful, we ended up getting a sunbed most days as people would come and go often. The staff at reception were so kind and friendly.

The shower pressure was low, the balconies could deffo do with a spruce up and doors stiff so could do with a bit of updating but honestly these are so minor and it was a great stay. The call to prayer from the mosque nearby was just outrageously loud 5 times a day - we completely understand why this happened but at 4:45am being awoken by a man yelling on a megaphone was not expected and was just so random.

Staff were absolutely wonderful, one of the nicest Thai we encountered on the trip. They professionally let us keep our luggage with them while we went out for a morning excursion. and the boat dropped off us at the hotel after! The pool is quiet large and very nice, good seating and shade around it, you can even see a slice of sea view. Cleanliness is spot on for this hotel, the hall ways are spotless and feels clean! the whole place is operated pretty well. The property is large enough that there are lot of people but you can find some corners with less traffic. Not sure about the value coz we booked last min so we expect it might of been higher, but for the professionalism and nice pool, its pretty good compared to some really horrid ones we saw on the rest of the island. Location is great!!

The rooms are kind of old and tattered and outdated looking (but well kept and clean tho) No privacy or views, the lodges faces other lodges and our room (in the building part - 1st floor) faces other bungalows closely, so cant really open the curtain at any point.

Good location and a nice pool. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. Good air conditioning

Our shower did not drain correctly because the ground was uneven. So there was already water pooled there when we arrived, along with another puddle near the sink. The shower pressure was also quite weak. These issues arent major but for the price I expected better. The Mosque was very loud early in the morning one day so may not be suitable to light sleepers.

The location was fab, on quieter end of phi phi but 15min walk to the centre. We like this as it means you have to explore a bit. The pool area was lovely. The setting was lovely. We had our own little bungalow, the decor is dated but it was immaculately clean. The seating area outside is really nice aswell.

The bathroom is a wet room which is not ideal with young children as the floor was so slippery it made it dangerous.

The resort is very nice, in a very quiet area away from all the night clubs and loud music. However, it is only a 10 mint walk to this area. It is also 15 mint walk from the main port so it is easy to do day tours. The room is big and well-equipped ( good AC, good waterflow, hair dryer, kettle,fridge). There is a very nice swimming pool.

The private beach facing the hotel is very very small and not too clean. You will have to walk like 15 mints to other beautiful beach

Perfect location! Booked a room with no view but had a beautiful view of the sea. It was clean, big bed, had our room cleaned everyday & the staff were very helpful and kind giving us clean towels on request. Was sceptical as not highest stars online, but don’t get it…. This hotel is perfect! The location is amazing! And the pool is nice!

A safe in the room would be nice.

The pool was clean, close to beaches, comfy big beds. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provide bath and beach towels. It’s a lovely 10 minute walk to the main part of PhiPhi but the hotel is closer to Long Beach and has some quieter beaches to the left of it.

It seemed like the hotel has dated a bit. Not sure if it was large marks or mould on the wall - didn’t want to get to close to check. We had 4 cockroaches in our bathroom through out our stay. When the rooms are cleaned, the staff air them by leaving the doors open, lots of bugs got in that way. Shower is at an awful angle which can’t be altered so you have to hold it to shower.

They had a swimming pool inside the resort. They also had bunglows, if anyone wants to book those.

I thought I would be given a balcony on a higher floor that would give me a nice view. However, I was given a balcony on the bottom floor, and people could see me what I was doing. And their glasses aren't privacy glasses, which is a negative point for me.
