The facilities were good in general. The pool was very nice and the views were 10/10. The staff was helpful and nice at all times.

The AC wasn’t working the first night and it was too hot, but when we notified the staff they immediately fixed it.

Excellent location on quiet end of beach. Staff lovely. Bathrooms old and not always working perfectly, but any faults reported are fixed immediately.

The room was decent sized with a good courtyard view and enough sunlight. The bathroom was clean and big as well. The access to beach was very easy as well. The location was decent too. The pool was good as well. Public washroom was available to wash off the sand and pool water with a proper shower area as well. The amenities were good too.

The buffet breakfast was horrible. Even the omelettes were unseasoned and not cooked through. The options were very limited. Even coffee was just instant packet coffee and steamed rice and boiled plain noodles were the main dishes. Basic salt and pepper was also unavailable in some of the tables. No vegan or vegetarian options as well.

The location was good, and breakfast was good, too. The room was spacious and we had facilities (coffee and kettle) available.

It was a shame that I hadn't received a message in advance informing me that I would have someone pick me up at the port to help with the luggage upon arrival, and I only got the message on the second day of our stay, so we had to walk with all our heavy luggage up to the resort. The room had a very strong smell of mold (due to humidity I suppose) that would get better by turning the air conditioning on. The window blind inside the bathroom does not give full privacy so we had to improvise a way to make it properly blinded.

The hotel is in a great location just 10mins (flat) walk from the pier, the bag transport is great as soon as you arrive. Beautiful views from the breakfast bar. Rooms were modern and comfortable. Great pool and beach access, close to bars, restaurants and shops but quiet at night. Breakfast was the only let down of this hotel, you'll find something to eat but it wasn't the quality of other hotels we've stayed in Thailand, and the coffee was instant.

The aircon didn't work during the night, just during the day, we couldn't sleep well any night. To long way to get in to the rooms, they should open one side to get quick access. The staff no very communicative, they didn't tell us that the hostel has transfer services to carry baggages from the ferry, and we noticed the last day that they have beach towels for the guests.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious & clean. The resort was lovely & the breakfast was great. The staff all really friendly. The pool was nice with a lot of sun beds under shade. The resort was on the beach as well. A bit of a walk to the main area but there is a lot on the way so it doesn't feel long at all. Lots of restaurants and convenient stores as well for any small supplies. We loved our stay here and would come back again.

Great location. Beach directly across. Pool clean. Air-conditioning cold. Room serviced daily. Had mattress topped added. Rooms dark for sleeping. Away from night-life noise.

Shower screen door broken. Breakfast same everyday. Not much verify. Day tours coming for breakfast & lunch,no tables. Tours using pool facilities/pool chairs got busy at times.

The location was beautiful, the pool and beach at the resort were heaven looking out towards the mountains around the island. The room was comfortable and had all you could need. A small 7 11 style store was located within the resort also. Close enough to the pier, shops and restaurants on the island but also far enough away that it was quite and relaxing too. We would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was quite basic but had all that you'd need. The beds were quite hard and an additional pillow would have been handy as would have a hand towel in the bathroom.

The resort has good facilities. We liked the two swimming pools a lot. It was a nice way to cool off. The rooms were nice. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We booked some nice tours here as well. I liked the fact that we were on the not-so-busy side of the island & it was only a short walk (10 minutes or so) to the other side. We had no noise complaints whatsoever.

The breakfast options were little and to be honest not so tasteful. We only ate here one morning. The other mornings we went to Phi Phi Villa restaurant (next door), where they have a great menu! We were traveling with a young kid, so we were home quite early. But the resort and all amenities close around 8. If you want to eat or buy something, you have to walk on the main road to other shops. we stayed three nights and they didn’t clean our room. You have to mention it to the front desk, which we did, but when we returned from a trip around the island our room was not cleaned. We did got toilet paper and new towels hanging on our door.
