It was a 2 minute walk from the Ferry; but if you think you're going to save steps, you're wrong! No elevator in the hotel, so you might have to walk up 5 flights of steps. It was great for our young fit family, but if you're not fit, you'll get a good workout. The buffet breakfast was great, and then a 10 metre walk to the pool from breakfast = perfect. We had an interconnecting room for our family of 5 which was very handy. Brand new aircons in the rooms were fantastic! Great water pressure and heat from the showers. Fantastic view from our room looking at the mountains and the sea and parts of town. Really friendly staff and helpful.

Just 2 min walk from the ferry dock, the building is one of the larger in this area, tucked back from the Main Street on Phi Phi. Overall had a little bit dated feel, but very adequate. No elevator, but we knew this already. We actually requested a high floor room knowing it's only stairs to get there and it was worth it! We had epic views on both sides of the Phi Phi Don beaches. Spacious room with good amount of surfaces to put down our stuff. Quiet room. We loved having the balcony. Nice pool open until 8pm, with several loungers, pool towels free at the lobby desk. We had breakfast buffet included, and it was very adequate with many choices and an egg station. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful - thank you - we enjoyed our 2 night stay here.

We booked 2 rooms with a sea view through booking. We were on the 4th floor and we knew there was no elevator before arriving, so that can't be a minus. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is ok. The location is good. However, we extended it by one night and got a room in the basement/atrium for one night, where we had the experience as if we were not in the same hotel. Part of this experience is by people who have stayed there and was drunk at night, we very loud and as if smashing in the room. Every word, every opening/closing of neighboring doors / flushing of water from neighboring rooms was terribly loud in the our room. The rooms are also not as nice as in the upper part. That night we practically didn't sleep at all because of all the sounds. So completely different experiences in the same hotel, stick to the upper floors where I would rate a 10, the lower part I would rate a 6.

The hotel is located in a very good spot, right in the middle of everything. Upon arrival, we waited approximately 20 minutes for our room, and during the wait, we were offered a cold drink, which was very refreshing after the journey. The room looked exactly like it did in the photos. The staff were very helpful, and all our inquiries were addressed immediately.

The furnishings were a bit older but adequate. We had a room with an extra bed. The extra bed wasn’t very comfortable for sleeping; it was a fold-out bed where you could feel the frame. The only downside was that the sink drain in the bathroom didn’t flow properly.

The location is excellent, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Despite being in the heart of everything, the room is surprisingly quiet at night. The pool is clean, and the breakfast always offers two options for everything, with eggs prepared to your liking on the spot. The staff is polite and helpful, and although there are no elevators, they assist by carrying your luggage to your room. While the hotel is not a 5-star property, I don’t understand the low rating it received. It offers great value for the price, and I found it to be an excellent choice overall.

There is no elevator, but it's not a major issue since the staff carries your luggage to your room. The shower does splash water onto the bathroom floor, but it wasn’t a big concern for me, especially since the water pressure is strong and the shower experience is great.

The location was unreal- just a short walk from the pier (200m) and in the centre of a bustling, but quaint town (I would highly recommend going to Anna’s Restaurant a the food was unreal) We were on the 5th floor so the views were breathtaking, but there was no lift. Annoying, but not a complete nightmare for us. The room was spacious, well stocked and comfortable. The staff were helpful. Breakfast was good - there was something for everyone and the lady on the omelette station was very friendly (we read somewhere in the reviews that she wasn’t - maybe a bad day - or a different woman)! There’s also free access to a great purpose built gym (5 minute walk away) with weight machines, running machines, a boxing ring and other cardio equipment. They provide free towels and there’s air con and fans everywhere. We did a 4 hour private boat trip which we booked from a stall at the end of the path the hotel is on. It was brilliant. Worked out about £12 each and we visited three islands, snorkelled, saw monkeys and The Beach from the film. Ate well, slept ok, had an amazing time.

We were on the busier beach side of the hotel and on the Sunday we could hear booming music from two beach venues (seemed to be competing with each other to see who was the loudest and could play the worst music) until 3am. Was about to scratch my eyes out, but found a pair of ear plugs from the flight and that helped. Eventually got to sleep about 3:30. On the Monday it stopped about 12:30 so much less of a problem and I had a great nights sleep.

In my opinion, it is truly the best place to stay in Phi Phi if you're seeking a peaceful and budget-friendly accommodation option. The resort offers a serene environment that allows guests to unwind and relax away from the hustle and bustle of the island. One of the highlights is the breakfast. While it may not be extravagant, it certainly gets the job done, providing a satisfying start to the day. The variety offered caters to different preferences, ensuring that there's something for everyone to enjoy. Moreover, the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They go above and beyond to ensure that guests feel at home and are always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. We needed some towels for tours and they were really kind to provide those with no charge. Their warm hospitality adds an extra layer of comfort to the overall experience. The cleanliness and maintenance of the resort are also top-notch. The facilities are well-kept and spotless, creating a pleasant and hygienic environment for guests to enjoy throughout their stay.

When choosing a room, I highly recommend opting for those with a sea view or located upstairs. During my stay, I found that the rooms with sea views or situated on upper levels offered a significantly better experience compared to those on the ground floor.

Really liked this hotel! It’s old but it remains very classic, could do with some minor touching up for example wall paper peeling off but I like how they’re kept it original. Good breakfast included with a huge variety, gym and pool - really not more you could ask for! In a great location too and they helped with our bags from the pier.

The vouchers for the breakfast were a bit unnecessary and the staff were chasing us around the breakfast to check for them, when you really just need to give your room number upon walking in and they can tick you off

The hotel’s location is its biggest advantage—very close to the pier and both beaches, making it convenient for travelers. There’s also a 7-Eleven just a minute’s walk away, though the prices are on the higher side.

I recently stayed at this property, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. While the buffet breakfast offered a variety of food options, I was shocked by how tasteless everything was. It seems they might have a unique way of making food unpalatable. Additionally, the absence of a lift was a significant inconvenience, especially for guests with mobility issues.

This hotel deserves huge credit as a 3*** hotel, location was spot on, decent breakfast, nice swimming pool, very friendly receptionist and breakfast staff. Fantastic stay.

Room 421 & 419 have connected door that permanently locked but door still there. Due to this reason, I can hear every word to word conversation from other room. They’re shouting, crying and arguing whole night, couldn’t sleep whole night. I can’t blame the person living in that room, it’s the door that hotel owners need to do something about it seriously. Due to this I can’t give more than 7 rating.
