I think location is the best in phi phi. Breakfast were good than ı expected. Room was big enough. Staff helped us when we come back to harbor.

Chlorine of the pool were too much. Even you cant open your eyes in. My wife’s sensitive skin affected about that. Employees didn’t clean the balcony. Seats were really dirty. Breakfast place needs to keep safe from flies. In bathroom, under of the sink needs to repair because cockroaches comes room easily from there. I killed them several times.

Amazing location, just a short walk from the pier. We were greeted at the pier by a lovely man who wheeled our luggage to the resort for us, and brought it straight to our room. Our villa with a private pool was amazing. It was so big and had everything we needed in it. The view of the beach from our bed was lovely. The pool area was great- it overlooks the beach. There were good tunes playing all day and they served nice food and coctails. The resort is right in the middle of all the bars and restaurants. There is a decent selection at the breakfast buffet.

Our personal wifi in the villa did not work, but we didn't really need it as we had Thai sim cards. One thing to note is that the music at the nearby beach bars goes on quite late and is very loud. It didn't really bother us though. The staff had emailed me when I made the booking to warn us that the music is loud down by the villas, so we knew what to expect 🙂

The hotel is right on the beach. Rooms are nice - and we stayed in a basic room. Daily change of towels etc in the room. The pool is lovely, if a bit on the warm side!. Breakfast is good enough but they should have a proper 'egg station'. Staff is helpfully and friendly. In summary this is a nice hotel in the best possible location - but management needs to sort itself out.

The hotel charges 1k bhat (£25) to sit on the beds around the pool. That includes food, but we'd already had lunch. This is a 'hidden cost' and I'm not a big fan of those. Bearing in mind the pool is empty at this time of year this policy looks like bad PR to me. A management error - as evidenced by the fact that I'm writing about it here - and it's why I've given them an 8 not a 9 . These policies just annoy guests and are counterproductive. It's poor management decision-making. If management want to make more £ they should make this policy seasonal because its a bit nuts not being able to sit by the pool when there is literally no one in the pool. It's lazy hotel management.

It’s a lovely resort right at the beach and in the middle of the island, making access very convenient, close to everything including the port. The breakfast is really good and beach front - amazing vibes to begin your day. The pool area is lovely. They have a second swimming pool right next to the breakfast restaurant, nice spot if you want to be completely alone. There’s a full family of cute cats living near the main reception 🥹✨

It’s a little overpriced comparing to other places in Thailand, but that’s apparently “Phi Phi prices” for resorts.

This is one of the best resorts in tonsai, beachfront with a large pool and The rooms are high quality and well maintained. Soundproofing is pretty good, I was next to the main street near slinky and while I could hear the music, it wasn't an issue. Breakfast was good.

I was disappointed that they have placed a bridge across the middle of the pool. The pool is about 40m long, so no problem to have 2*20m pools but you cannot swim under the bridge as it's too low, and you can't turn because it doesn't have a wall. So the vaste pool is ok for splashing, jumping, petting and horseplay but not swimming. Please put a wall on the bridge or remove the bridge from the pool

The location was fabulous as it was on the beachfront. The pool is overlooking the sea and was an amazing view as we chilled by the pool. The staff were so helpful and courteous. Rooms were bright airy and clean. Very spacious balcony as well although it was too hot for us to sit out. The pool area was beautiful with day beds which could be rented and included food and drinks in the price. Well worth doing!!

My husband and I stayed at PP Princess for our honeymoon. We booked the villa with the private pool. The villa was beautiful and comfortable and the pool was a great touch and super close to the beach. We would sometimes hop out of the pool and head to the beach as it was so close. The breakfast was good but we had better during our other stays. I do want to give a special shoutout to Joy at the front desk who was incredible to deal with and provided exceptional customer service.

My only complaint would be that there was no gym which was inconvenient. I want to also mention that I had specified in the notes that it was our honeymoon but our villa was connected to a family who was in the pool all day which wasn't very relaxing or romantic but once we spoke to the front desk they moved us the next day and the rest of our stay was much more relaxing, private and enjoyable. Thank you to Joy!

The location was amazing with views over a lovely beach.

Not much but the website advertised an amazing roof top infinity pool but when we finally found it it was looking a bit unkempt. no beds and looking really shabby. shame.

I stayed in one of the villas, and the room was spacious with a great view. The bed was clean and comfortable, which I really appreciated. The location is excellent — everything is close by, including a beautiful beach. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The sofa downstairs and some of the outdoor furniture could have been cleaner, it wasn’t a major issue for me as I didn’t use them

Staying at the cozy chalet in the hotel was an absolute delight. The serene ambiance, coupled with the cleanliness of the surroundings, made for a truly tranquil experience. But the highlight was definitely the incredibly comfortable bed, which ensured a restful night's sleep. In addition to the cozy chalet, the hotel offered an infinity pool with heated water, overlooking the beach, adding a touch of luxury to the experience. And the varied breakfast spread was the cherry on top, providing a delightful start to each day of the stay. It was truly a haven of comfort and indulgence. It was the perfect retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation.
