This hotel is in the heart of Phi Phi. Less than a 2 minute walk from the ferry, which is amazing! If you’re a budget traveller like ourselves, everything you need is at your door step; 7/11, cheap food eats, the beach, bars and coffee shops. The staff are super friendly, especially the lady at reception. She won’t pass without giving a lovely smile. Our rooms were cleaned everyday, providing fresh towels and bed sheets! The room was super spacious with a balcony (although don’t expect much of a view), but it was handy for drying clothes!

Accommodation is great value for money. Location is right beside the port which is dead handy and beside shops, restaurants, bars etc. Room is spacious and comfortable. Bed and pillows are great and there’s a small balcony to dry wet clothes on. Beaches just a couple of minutes walk away. Staff super friendly.

Only downside is the shower but they provide a container of water to use as an alternative. But the reality is you’re on a small island so what about it.

The accommodation was very well located, and in general the quality-price ratio is very good. It is true that the water in the place does not smell very good, but it is not something that has to do directly with the hotel. If you want to stay a couple of nights to go out partying or take the different tours, it is a very good option, centrally located, very close to the pier and all the shops and restaurants.

The location couldn’t have been any better, it is 1 minute walk from the pier, it is in the heart of the town, it is affordable but very very nice. It is located right along a market street, it’s located just far enough from the loud nightlife that you are not kept up all night! If we came to phi phi again no doubt we would stay here.

We were not given the room we had booked, but we were instead upgraded into a really spacious room.

We stayed in two different rooms, because we booked the second night later. Both rooms were really spacious - also the bathrooms. Even the bed was huge! Also, the staff was super nice and helpful and the location was perfect. Really close to the beach, the pier and the city center.

The bathroom in the second room was super smelly! The room was next to an alley were they were washing dishes till the middle of the night. Maybe that’s also were the smell came from. On top of that, the beds were quite hard.

Great value for money basic hotel in fabulous location in the middle of Phi Phi. 1 minute walk from the ferry port and 1 minute walk to the beach with lots of bars and restaurants around. The staff were amazing and happy to help. Would stay here again.

The day I arrived, I was told they upgraded me to a much nicer room since I had two separate bookings, I was so excited! The next day they told me they had rented out my room and I had about 5 minutes to move to a smaller room. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The location was brilliant, the air con really good. A good stay for a bunch of mates. I wouldn't take my wife there.

I didn't mind these but just saying: There were lots of stairs up to our room. When I turned the tap on in the basin, the tap coughed then rusty water came out - I didn't care because the location was great and the price was good.

Everything was a money grab. Late check out from 11 to 12? 200 baht. Leave luggage? I dunno what she quoted me but I've never had that before. They also kept my passport hostage. I mean I was given a choice, passport or 1000 baht, but I felt my passport made a better hostage.

Stone's throw from the harbour, beach, bars and restaurants. Everything was on the door step. Good air-con. Reasonable shower room. Decent wifi. Friendly reception, but very limited English. Small fridge. Free bottles of drinking water.

Window and balcony faced a narrow alley with a view on to neighbouring wall and large air-con unit which was on all day but switched off at night to allow sleep. Balcony only good for drying wet swimming trunks.
