First of all as soon as we arrived off the boat to Phi Phi we were greeted by one of the staff who was waiting for us to take our luggage. We weren’t expecting this and it was great! We stayed in the Garden view villa. What was great: Oversized room, new TVs, quality bathrooms. Very helpful staff who were also very kind. The receptionist recommended us a speed boat tour to Maya Bay which was amazing and one of the main highlights of my Thai trip. We visited in late July and the property seemed quiet which was great.

I found the beds quite firm and a bit uncomfortable, otherwise I can’t fault the place.

It is my second stay at Ibiza Phi Phi and it was nice to be back. The pool area is great, right by the beach and offers a nice breakfast selection. The room was super clean,the staff was lovely and helpful. Specially a young men that assisted us at the pool area, it was his first day at work, he mentioned that he was from Myanmar, and spoke an excellent English with a British accent which really impressed us, he is definitely a good keep for the hotel. I'm already wishing to return!!

It was in a great location, easy to get around. The staff were lovely and the beach front was an amazing aspect of the place. We had a great time here.

On of our major issues was that in the shared dorms the aircon was only turned on at 4:30 and started again at 11am. This was a big issue for us as we arrived at 2pm and it was extremely warm and uncomfortable. I was not able to stay in the room for longer than 5-10 minutes. If it was the case that any of us was feeling unwell, which can be common in Bali, the rooms were not cool enough to stay in. A shower tower was also not provided and I had to pay for one. It is not expensive but I feel like this should have been included.

For us it was perfect - we know phi phi can be noisy, if you want only the tranquility don’t stay on this part of the island, go elsewhere- but we love being in the middle of things and having everything on the doorstep, this villa for us was the best of both. Here you’re just a minute from the beach but set back enough you feel proper privacy. The villas are so adorable, the veranda is comfy, the decor feels very authentic Thai. Room cleaned daily and felt really care for. The private pool for the villas only (not where the pool party is, there are two pools) is really nice and has its own bar and does food. On the non pool party days it’s so quiet all day! Great to relax and cool off. It’s so quick to walk into the main part of town but you don’t get noise from the streets or people. If you are like us and don’t mind the background noise of the bassy music at night you’re fine. It’s peaceful in the mornings you wake up to the birds. I can’t fault the staff one bit - beyond lovely and helpful and they even got us a present when we left as we stayed our whole holiday there

The bed was very hard and not the best pillows.

We stayed in a villa and it was great. Bungalow was nice, spacious and clean. The pool area for the villas was beautiful. We also had access to the pool party pool so it was nice to have different pool options. Overall our room was pretty quiet (for Phi Phi). You do hear a low beat noise from music on the beach but it wasn’t bad at all. Especially for how close we were to the party. Would totally stay here again.

The location is good. Very close to the beach and bars. The pool party is amazing.

Everything ok. Take in mind that every 2 days there’s a pool party very close in case you don’t want so much noise ask a room far from the pool.

The hostel has a great swimming pool with a nice view to the beach. and also a pool bar. The location in very good, near some busy bars by the beach. There is a pool party some days.

There are bedrooms very simple, with no electrical sockets near de bed. Air conditioner works only in a specific time. Showers a bit simple too. The pool party is not that busy actually.

Probably the best place we have been on our one month trip in thailand so far. It’s expensive yes but we had a little „villa“ in the beautiful garden what was very nice and quiet. The pool area is nice too but a bit too much chlor init.

Pool party in front was not our thing. I‘m a dj and love the nightlife but I do not understand why people do this. But if you into this, good for you because this is the place to be.

We upgraded our bookings to the garden villa rooms. They were spacious & clean. I feel the lighting in the room could be better. It felt a bit dull. The facilities were good except the shower. There was absolutely no pressure in the water. The location was good. We were on the beach & they have a pool party on certain days which is fun. It's closely located to alot of the restaurants & stores so there's easy acesss to everything

Music was too loud until 2/3am every night, the bed was very uncomfortable
