The property is simple yet comfortable, clean and central. June will go out of her way to make sure you have everything you need and more. I extended my stay here because of how comfortable it was. I even booked my ferry ticket with June and she dropped me to the ferry as well! Can’t say enough kind words about her, made my stay 10x better just having her there! She even gave me a list of restaurants and places to do when I first checked in. I cannot recommend this place enough!

The location is perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from the port. The room was spacious and very clean, with great facilities. The highlight of our stay was June — she is so welcoming, kind, and gave us the best advice to make the most of our trip in Phi Phi. Thank you so much 🌷 We already miss you!

We love everything!

The Hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Koh Phiphi. Even its absolutely center it's not where the bars and discotheques are and absolutely quiet. The Staff both are very lovely and take care of the guests and make the place feel like you are home and have friend's. The Rooms are good for what you pay with a goid air-conditioning which is cold and not noisy and the hot water is always available. Some reviews I think are not fair, its an island its not expensive compared to others and for whom the Hotel is just a place for sleeping as he spends the day out anyway its perfectly as the walk to the port takes only about 3min. If i go back i would definitely stay here again.

water pressure in the shower not stable... but its a detail. The beds are too hard for a week. for 1-3 nights no issue at all.

Ivory Hotel was so much better than I initially anticipated as it’s such great value for money. The rooms and hotel itself are kept super clean, with the common areas being cleaned throughout the day, the ladies working on reception and housekeeping was super helpful and always friendly. The internet worked well, showers were hot, AC was cold and overall I had a great experience. The rooms are small however, the size of the bathroom is good and I’m happy to sacrifice a little bedroom space for a decent sized bathroom! The location was perfect, a 5 minute walk from the pier and a 2 minute walk to The Adventure Club where I was diving. It’s also super close to the nightlife but far enough away that I had a peaceful sleep each night. There was also CCTV throughout the hallways and a security lock on the lobby door after 7pm when the staff finished for the night. As a woman travelling solo I felt very safe 🙂 Thank you for a great stay and I look forward to coming back again 🙂

This hotel was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff, especially June the receptionist, were exceptional – always warm, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed including restaurant recommendations, booking transport and borrowing a hairdryer. June’s hospitality really made our stay very special. The hotel is exceptionally clean. Our bedroom and bathroom were both spotless and you can have your room cleaned daily upon request. The location was perfect too: close to beaches, restaurants, and nightlife, yet quiet enough to relax. For the quality of service, comfort, and prime location, the value for money was unbeatable. We couldn’t have asked for more and will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! Thank you June!

The location was excellent right in the heart of Tonsai. Junie was absolutely amazing. She greeted us by name going in and out of the hotel which was lovely and very personal. She provided restaurant advice and followed up to see how we found it. She helped us navigate a day hiking around the island and offered support after I was injured. She managed the younger staff very efficiently and they were also very friendly and welcoming. The hotel and our room was spotlessly clean at all times. You have a real asset in Junie and thank you to her for all her care, it made our stay. 10/10!!

The beds were very hard.

She told me her name is June, like the month of June. But we would like to call her by the name of each day of the week, she takes such good care of you every day: from the reception, to the recommendations, you can book excursions, no need to worry about looking for stalls outside. She also recommends good restaurants, it was less tiring for me to search on Google Maps. Laundry service is also offered. The accommodation is very well located to visit everything. I was supposed to stay 3 nights, I extended because it is difficult to leave this island. Thank you June !

The hotel is located right in the main area (a 3 minute walk to the pier) yet somehow there isn’t much noise at night! We slept perfectly for the 3 nights we were there. June (the host) is lovely. She remembers everyone’s names and make sure you are well looked after. We had lots of good chats and she gave us recommendations for food/tours and booked our ferry to Krabi for us. The double room is a little small but really it has everything you would need. Aircon works like a treat. Would definitely recommend 😇

Wow!!! What’s can I say June is one amazing woman. From the moment we arrived she was super attentive. She gave us a list of recommendations for food which we used every night. She would greet us every day by using our names which is so kind. The rooms were super clean and were cleaned daily on request. The air con was very good and quiet. On our last day June helped us with our bags and escorted us to the pier. Overall I can not recommend this hotel enough!!!!!! June you are AMAZING!!!!!!!!!
