Since I lived quite a long time in Thailand, I stayed in a lot of Hotels in Phi Phi and P2 is one of the best. It’s located very central, but without noise (which is very important in Phi Phi). The staff is very friendly. They have good WiFi and offer laundry services. The facilities are good, especially the very comfortable bed.

The staff, specially Alita and Asma, went above and beyond to ensure every need was met with genuine kindness and efficiency. Whether it was the concierge’s expert recommendations, the housekeeping’s meticulous attention,. Every experience was nothing short of spectacular. The location was ideal, providing easy access to local attractions while offering a peaceful retreat. What truly sets P2 Wood Loft apart is its unwavering dedication to guest satisfaction. This is not just a place to stay—it’s an experience that leaves you feeling valued and cared for at every turn. It was unforgettable experience. We celebrated the birthday of my wife and her sis in law! It was amazing how they surprised both of them with greetings, room decors and the cake! Thank you. The location is great, smack in the middle between the pier and the beach. Once you arrive at the pier, a porter from the hotel will be waiting with a sign that says P2 Wood Loft, he will pick your bags up and guide you to the hotel. Check in process was smooth and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. If you plan on staying for multiple days, they have a laundry service as well. The rooftop of the hotel has hammocks for you to relax at and it is an amazing place to be at night. Overall the place was clean, the rooms were neat and tidy, the facilities were sufficient and definitely one of the best value for money places on Phi Phi.

Nothing, everything was to our expectations.

Good location if you want to be in the heart of everything. Room was a good size and has pretty much everything you need. Nice big comfy bed, aircon etc. We had a room at the back so the noise wasn’t as loud as it could be but you can definitely still here music at night. Only way to avoid that is to go much further away from the nightlife. Overall it was a comfortable stay. We had laundry done which was perfect and the staff were really lovely. I accidentally broke a mug in the night and the pamphlet stated there would be a 300 bhat charge but on checkout they reduced it to 100 bhat.

There is a sewage smell that comes from the bathroom however I think this is very common from most hotels on Phi Phi. It wasn’t too disturbing. I would say it was over priced also but again we found a hard time getting decent accommodation on phi phi as it is more expensive than other parts of Thailand.

Brilliant hotel with everything you need. The location was superb, right by all the main shops and bars, has everything you need right beside you. The hotel was clean and modern, cleaned everyday and loads of space in the room which was a great bonus. We were able to watch movies through the TV in the room, the air conditioning worked brilliantly, great shower, kettle and fridge and everything you needed. Towels provided for showering in the room and more for bringing out with you to the beach etc. The staff could not have been nicer and could not do more for you, so incredibly kind and down to earth and just want to help you with whatever they can. They work all hours of the day so be kind to them! They also did a good bit of laundry for us for very little. Brilliant hotel all round!

For balance of price, comfort, and location on Koh Phi Phi this is a great place. It’s more expensive than budget locations, but well worth it for good air conditioning, new clean bed and linens, and a comfortable place to relax from the heat & busy island vibes.

I was slightly hesitant about booking this place from reviews. They are correct about bathroom concerns but everything was manageable. The shower drainage is poor and there can be some sewage smell from the drains (it doesn’t affect the rest of the sleeping space). Given the island infrastructure I think this is somewhat unavoidable but good to be aware of.

The hotel is in a great location. The beach, bars/restaurants, viewpoints, everything is very close. I was afraid it would get noisy at the evening, but surprisingly it was silent (I had room at the uppermost floor with window not on the main street). The room was decent size (especially for one person), it was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was kinda small, but no weird smell thankfully. The wifi was good. I also very much enjoyed the terrace with hammocks. Great for an afternoon rest or evening chill.

Maybe just the price was a little high. And some more hooks for clothes in the bathroom would be nice.

We have liked modern and well equipped room with comfy bed. Good thing is, you do not hear any music or noice from the street during the night. Staff was friendly, attentive and solved all our queries immediately. Chill zone with hammocks on the roof is a great hidden gem.

I know it’s hard on such island but we would appreciate more sound proof walls. You can literally hear people talking in the next room. Secondly we have found a cockroach under our bed right before going to sleep the last night. There were another two in the hall as well. Not a big issue but worth checking your room from time to time.

One of the highlights of our trip was a private tour organized by the hotel to visit the stunning islands and beaches of Phi Phi. The boat captain was very kind and made the trip even more enjoyable. We talked with the hotel before arriving to organize this tour. Another great touch was the pickup and drop-off service at the pier (you can message the hotel to arrange this service before arriving). The staff met us upon arrival, carried our luggage, and made sure we had a smooth and stress-free start and end to our stay. If you’re looking for a well-priced stay with excellent service, this hotel is a great option. Would definitely stay here again!

The locations and cleanliness were very good for a budget accomodation. I was amazed how quiet the stay was given how close to the centre it is. We didn’t get disturbed at all at night. Check in was easy and smooth. Staff did a good job cleaning the room each day and the air con was a gift. Good restaurants within 100m of the property.

Not much not to like. Simple clean accomodation close to everything at a good price. No pool or frills which would be nice if staying in phi phi but we didn’t really miss it. Bathroom water pressure was not great but to be expected on phi phi.
