Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Someone met us at the docks when we arrived on the island and carried our bags for us, it was a nice touch and start to our stay.

There was a lot of construction taking place on the property that began quite early in the morning and was very loud, also the street music went on very late and was also very loud. So we were kept awake late at night with the music and woken every morning with drilling from construction work. I would’ve liked to have been informed about the construction work before my stay.

We loved the location

The only negative was that they were doing a lot of construction around the hotel so as soon as you woke up that’s all you could hear. Ifs understandable because it’s low season and they have to do it at some point, but it would have been nice to have been told prior to the stay about all the noise

I arrived with low expectations due to some of the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel has an excellent location if your goal is to stay close to the island’s main hotspots — including nightlife, the pier, and restaurants. The overall vibe is young and fun, with a clear vacation energy in the air. Definitely not a place for families. Yes, the hotel is close to the party scene, so you can hear loud music from your room until around 1 a.m. — but honestly, it wasn’t a big issue for me (even though I’m not a party animal). The best part? The pool and breakfast buffet, hands down. I stayed nearly a week and the buffet was different every day, which I really appreciated. The staff were also super helpful. A special thanks to Ms. Noon at reception and Sirini (if I’m not mistaken) who was in charge of the breakfast area — both of them were always friendly and willing to help during my six-day stay. Would definitely come back and recommend it.

The only area that could improve is housekeeping. Sometimes, even when I left the “Please clean” sign on my door, they wouldn’t do it unless I spoke to them directly before heading out. But whenever I did, the room was spotless. Heads up — you might spot a few insects in the room now and then, but hey, it’s an island! Nothing major.

An amazing hotel! Our room was very clean and we could tell it was recently renovated. The breakfast was really good. The location is perfect and the pool was very nice. I would like to add a comment about the staff, as they were lovely and extremely helpful, specifically one receptionist and one man who went out of his way to help us find a person that could take us to Long Beach by boat. He firstly took us to the lady nearby that was a private taxi, the price was a little bit high so we asked if he knew any other companies that could take us there for a lower price, as we didn’t mind being on a boat with other people. He took us to the pier and found a boat driver that took us to the beach for a very low price. I really enjoyed my time there

We didn’t have a balcony or a window that we could open but I did choose the cheapest room.

I had a great stay at Coco Bella. The staff were wonderful and welcoming. The breakfast was nice, we really enjoyed the omelette bar and got it everyday as well as pancakes and waffles ! The pool was nice and clean, very good temperature. The staff grabs your stuff from the pier for you, just respond to the hotel message before your stay and give them a time you arrive on your ferry or speedboat. They also help take your bags back after check out. They are so kind !

The staff is very kind, they wait for you on the pier for when you get off the boat they help you with the luggage to the hotel, they also carry your luggage to your room. You have to leave a deposit 1000bath but you get that back when you check out. We had a room with a pool view it was nice.

The room isn’t really spacious. Its okay but nothing special, we stayed in better rooms. For me it was a little too cramped because i like bigger rooms but thats my preference.

Hotel room was absolutely gorgeous, very comfy and clean beds and bathroom. We decided to stay an extra night and had to move rooms which was no problem however we were moved to a much less comfortable room and the bed there was not comfy. Great location in the centre of everything and pool was lovely. Very close walk to beach

Staff would not reply to messages on the app, right in the centre so can be noisy if you wanted an early night

The location is great, in the middle of the craziness of the tourist area and the lively bars but amazingly has an oasis feel as it’s completely noise free. Our room was decent, clean and on the ground floor facing the pool. The pool is large with sun loungers, but you have to get there early if you want to sunbathe as the loungers were always busy. We had a nice balcony though where we were able to dry our swimwear. The breakfast was decent and the hotel staff were friendly. It’s a 10 min walk from the pier, you might think it’s a lot but after a night in Phi phi you’ll realise it’s not that bad at all.

The room was prone to trap mosquitos which were a nuisance at night. The aircon had to be on all the time to keep them at bay. Our room was next to the facilities corridor which meant that the staff were walking up and down 24 hours a day as they did their chores. You wouldn’t notice them unless you were on the balcony and they were always smiling and would say hello.

3rd time staying here and would not stay anywhere else when visiting Phi Phi - First time with breakfast included and out of the 4 of us only the little one really had breakfast and she was very satisfied with the cereal and toast - for adults nice buffet and chef making fresh scrambled eggs and omelette. Nice swimming pool and so close to everything but because it's set back from the main strip we had no excessive noise.
