Amazing view from the room, spacious room with a big bed. Amazing location right next to the pier and 5 mins walk from the main area. Many food and drink options close by. The pool area is stunning with a huge pool, tons of room for many people and lots of sunbeds so you don’t have to fight. Breakfast was good, I wouldn’t pay the hotel price for it but it was good to have it included.

Food and drink at the resort was expensive but this didn’t matter as there’s plenty more option around. The gym is pretty much non functional & the whole place could’ve been a little cleaner but this didn’t affect our experience.

Amazing location! Seriously so convenient. Walked to the hotel from the pier - and the hotel has immediate access to the Loh Dalum Beach. Though a bit dated, our room was clean and spacious. Our room was on the 3rd floor - we got lucky and had a great view of the pool area/beach. Breakfast had great variety and the food was tasty! Note - there must be some sort of club nearby. We could hear music until early morning. Didn't bother me, but might be a bit annoying for people who are sensitive to sound. Also, it was a walkup to the room - can be a bit difficult to carry up or bring down your big suitcases.

The pool and surroundings are stunning. Location is excellent too. Breakfast was also a highlight.

You simply cannot beat the view (we had the most scenic family room with 180° windows on 2 bays) Nice breakfast Very nice and helpful personnel (Thailand seems to have a great culture of smile and helpfulness)

This hotel NEEDS a refreshing. A lot of little details damage the perception. Like everywhere we have been in Thailand, systematic littering makes streets, forests and beaches look like open dumps. It started literally at the edge of the hotel. So you are in a classy pool, and your eyes linger on a disgustingly multicolor ocean of plastic waste 2 m away... In a country were workforce is so cheap, can not an upper hand hotel like cabana invest a few bucks in cleaning its surrounding ? Actually it is a shame. All in all, the price was high compared to Thailand standard

The breakfast was not great. Bacon was gray and tasted old and like old oil that hasn’t been changed. Pancakes were set. Fruit wasn’t great. Juice was cheap and super sweet. The hotel was in need of renovations.

Very bad communication with the hotel before arriving, I was contacting them for almost a month to ask a simple question and they answered just before arriving. Water in the shower in our room ranged from OK to non existent… we had to call as we couldn’t take a shower. Temperature was very unstable. This was not a problem of the hotel per se but music from places nearby ( and not so near) was extremely loud until 4 AM. Very hard to sleep. I don’t understand why Phi Phi allows this.

The pool area is beautiful! I love that you can walk from one side of the island to the other side through the hotel. Made getting around very easy. The location is amazing just a 2min walk from the ward to the hotel. You are surrounded by restaurants and just a short walk down the beach you will be at the beach bars. The staff here went above and beyond! They even held a free New Year’s Eve party which was really cool. They had dancers and a buffet dinner!!

Maybe the decor is a bit outdated and there could be some more nice outdoor shaded area for tables and chairs to eat breakfast. Some more options for breakfast in turns of cold and fresh items and healthier items. Overall was still a good breakfast

The location was absolutely stunning, the pool, the ocean it was such a wow moment when we arrived. I had read some reviews before arriving which since staying were and are completely inaccurate. The hotel was beautiful with gorgeous Thai furniture and artwork in our hotel room, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good and the location to the nearby shops and stalls were spot on.

I would of loved the pool to be open a little later than 7pm, this would of been perfect.

The place is beautiful! Pool was great and looked over Loh Dalum beach which is way better than Ton Sai beach. I didn't find the night life noise to be a problem. You could hear it a little but inside the room it was barley noticeable. The room was good except for the hard beds. We have noticed that must be a Thailand thing though because everywhere we went the beds were the same. Phi Phi was amazing and I would definitely go back again. I was a little nervous with the bad reviews but we had a great time and loved how beautiful it is. The breakfast at the hotel was also really good and lots to choose from. There is also so many restaurants to choose from within walking distance to the hotel. The location is great.

The beds were a little hard and the sprayer by our toilet didn't work. The water pressure wasn't the best but it was doable.
