The property is nice and comfortable for most part. The staff is nice and helpful. But I lived in the bungalow and I do not recommend them because 1. You will always have to have curtains closed or everybody will see you, 2. There’s cockroaches coming from outside. On the last day, they were pairing the bungalow next to us and we could smell the paint so we asked to move and they were understanding and nice about providing us a room in the hotel at no extra charge. Even though we paid more for the bungalow anyways, I feel like the rooms in the hotel should cost more than the bungalows bc of the comfortability.

Also we paid for breakfast buffet and only got buffet once and every other day, they did not have buffet “because of not so many people paying for breakfast” so we only had 3 choices of breakfast that we could get which wouldn’t be what I would choose out of the buffet but it was still big and enough to get full. Just wouldn’t recommend paying for breakfast bc you can probably get better food in a restaurant for that price. Another thing, is that I really only choose this hotel because of the sauna with the view at the beautiful mountains and when I went up there, the whole view was closed up by trees so you could not see through them. Which was kind of disappointing since that was the main reason for booking this hotel.

The pool is amazing and quite busy. The location is ok. We had a room with pool view and it was nice and spacious. I wish there were two sets of curtains to allow for some privacy while keeping some daylight. Receptionists was very friendly.

Quite noisy as you can hear everything that is going on in the hallways and around the pool. Bottom sheet on bed was too small for the mattress.

It was a bit noisy around the pool and there were couples kissing in the evenings which made my Thai wife feel embarrassed. Other than that it was OK

Staffs were very friendly. We booked this hotel for 1 night urgently because we wanted to change the hotel to where we can connect to the main area of the island. The hotel had room available, but it was twin. They upgraded up to a pool access double room. The staffs were very friendly and helpful with all surroundings, boat connections. The hotel is clean, no bugs in the room. More than enough for 40Euro!! Very cheap with this service of staffs. The pool is nice! Reach the beach in only 3 minutes walk.

A little bit tired to walk back from the party area at night haha.

We fluked the best room in the hotel which we know we were very lucky to get and because of this we had an amazing experience here but I write this as if we had a standard room to give a fair and normal review. The hotel is in a nice area of Phi Phi about a 10 minute walk from the pier. It’s close enough but not too close to all the action. Here’s the truth, the hotel, the room, the bed. It’s a base. Somewhere to leave your stuff. It’s not the newest, nicest or cleanest hotel but it’s okay. The rooms are a decent size. The pool is very nice and looks lovely at night. We had a family suit right by the pool and spent a lot of time in the pool. There’s no bar so get your drinks from the 7-11 and keep them in your room fridge until you’re ready. We had 2 double beds. One of them was very comfortable and one of them was like sleeping on rollout foam mattress. That’s the one I got! All pillows were very good. The rooms only get cleaned daily if you pay an extra 200bt. We didn’t try any of the food. We feel it offers value for money and if this hotel fits your budget we would say it’s a decent choice. We also stay at a higher priced hotel on Phi phi and obviously different budgets get different experiences.

Can be a bit noisy at times.

The personnel was always there, ready to serve and solve all the problems/challenges we had. Rooms were big enough, beds comfortable. Kitchen and safe easy to use. Breakfast was available till 10:30 and coffee was good as well. It is a good 8-10min walking to the city center.

There were no towel hooks in the bathroom neither any flat counter to put any amenties in the bathroom. The breakfast was good enough but did not change for 11days anything in it, gets boring unfortunatelly. On the 3rd floor you hear the bam-bam loud music from the other side of the island till 3am, so just choose those rooms if it does not bother you.

did not have time to visit the pool...great coffee u can buy on the property...rooms and bathrooms were really clean . only 2 bottles of water for entire stay is a bit of a let down. not too much noise from beach parties reach these property atleast compared to other part of the island ...literally 2 minutes walk from loh dalum beach ....very helpful stuff at the reception and over message on the app , helped us booking tours and ferries from phuket. given a choice i would stay there again for right price.

lack of drinking water in room. for a property costing this much only 2 bottles of water for 2 people for 2 days is actually cheap.

Lovely staff, close to the beach and nice clean rooms. Short walk away from the main pier and bellboys collect you with your bags. The standard budget rooms have much nicer views than deluxe. Pool is lovely with h an occasional visit from the monkeys

The deluce large balcony room is not worth the extra cost as you get the view of the canteen roof. The budget room has a much smaller balcony but gets the beautiful view of the pool where u can watch the monkeys roaming In the trees. Breakfast consists of leftover from the previous dinner and some fresh fruit.

This is the one of the best value stats I’ve had on phi phi. We lucked out with our room - 3rd floor with the most breathtaking view of the mountains. Amazing to wake up to and look out. Pool AMAZING very clean, nice and cool. No bar as expected but you can bring your own beers from local shops. There seemed to be food at the pool (basic chips pizzas) but we couldn’t work out where from. Breakfast is really good - better than most buffet breakfasts we’ve had in Thailand which are fairly similar - and staff constantly replenishing items and making sure food covered.

Breakfast finished at 10am which felt a little early for holiday. If you’re not lazy like me this won’t be a problem :) Steep steps and no lift might be a problem for others but completely nothing if you’re in reasonable health.

Staff do not create unnecessary problems. They allow me to check in upon arrival it was early than check in time. Thank you guys ❤️ Working well aircon ❤️❄️ rare thing in Ko Phi Phi Location is good if you don't want to hear beach party vibes all night long, and you are super close to the beach in same time! Room after renovation. It was thai style renovation but at least they try to keep it in good condition ❤️ Shower gel and shampoo! There is a pool I never used :) And they have TV too :)) And even breakfast which I also passed by Reasonable rates!

If you tried as many hotels at Phi Phi Island as I did - you will consider this hotel as a good one. As there is no good hotels at Phi Phi at least by reasonable rates. Yep it's simple, yep beds could be more comfortable, yep your drunk neighbors can wake you up in the middle of the night as they can not find their room and knocking every single door 😂. But you are coming to beautiful Phi Phi Island for not stay all day long in your hotel :) so many beautiful places around the island are waiting for you ❤️
