Quite far away from the pier, and the last 50m are most complicated, because the hotel is on the hill. But honesty it was not as scary as we imagine it after reading other reviews. The music from the beach was loud, you should expect this. My advise is to participate in a party. After this you will sleep like baby!

Staff are super helpful and friendly, they go the extra mile. View is stunning from the bungalow.

Steep hills and 20min walk to the place. Bed and pillows are bit hard, but thats personal taste.

For the price cant really fault this place. view was terrific and far away from the noise below.

beware of the very long walk to this hotel and the stairs up to the rooms, alright if your a teenager or sober, but middle aged and slightly drunk its a nightmare lol.

it must be said that the beach party disco bar in the bay is not really close, but it is so loud and somehow the acoustic environment is such that the music is very loud and there is a party every night till 3-4. It's hard the first few days, but then you get used to it. This is a problem for those who would like to go to bed on time and do not like sleeping in noise. Luckily I had noise canceling headphones with me...

The staff were so friendly and helpful. When we arrived at the pier, one of the staff brought our heavy bags to our door to save us the walk which we were so grateful for. We had an issue with the shower drain one day and they unblocked it straight away. It had a wonderful family run vibe and every morning the breakfasts were quick. There are sweet and savoury breakfast options. We loved the view of the bay from the balcony with a small bench outside to soak it all in. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable and big. The bathroom was clean and lots of room. There was a kettle to make hot drinks if you wanted. Halfway through our 4 night stay we were given fresh towels and water bottles which was lovely. There was a fan and air con in the room so good options to keep cool . I would definitely recommend this stay for anyone who doesn't mind a bit of a walk up the hill from the town but I promise the stay is worth it!!

The loud music until 3am everyday made it hard to sleep, of course that’s not the hotel’s fault but good to know if you are like me a light sleeper.

The bungalows were up a steep hill but luggage is collected from the pier and you get lovely views over the bay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and freshly made to order. It was far enough away from the main area not to be too loud at night (I did use ear plugs) yet only a 10/15 minute walk to the heart of the resort. Recommend a trip to long beach for a stunning bay with clear water perfect for snorkeling.

The bungalow itself was what we have come to expect from budget accommodation in thailand. A little tired and the bathroom a bit annoying as the floor was constantly wet from the shower.

The room was clean, comfy and quite spacious for a couple. The ac worked pretty well so if you want to stay in your room during the peak sunlight you can. The bathroom was clean and had everything you may need.

One thing that definitely is worth noting is the noise. It's not quite as people described it. It's not terrible but you will definitely notice it till 2am. All the bungalows are facing the beach where the clubs are located so it gets worse that as if you were located near the clubs but from behind. In case of those bungalows they are literally in front, though across the sea. Also the location: it's not bad, yet its not perfect. It takes you 15 minutes by walk to the city centre. If you're fit you're fine, definitely, otherwise choose sth closer.

The view is really nice, even if you need to go up a bit from the pier to get to the property. However, the staff was very helpful and helped us carry our backpacks both when checking in and when checking out. We really appreciated it given the heat outside. Breakfast was good, freshly prepared and there were options to choose from. The matress was very firm, for whom it may concern.

As expected from the other reviews, you could hear the loud music on the beach till late in the night. We were aware of it and it is definitely not the propertly's fault, but it is still worth mentioning. The last part of the way from the town up to the property is quite full of trash, but the propertly itself is clean and very well taken care of. However, the room needs some renovation, and the appliances were old. Even if it was clean, it made it look a bit messy because of the mold in the bathroom, for example.

The view was very beautiful and the people very helpful. They carried the luggages all the way up on the hotel and brought them down on the check out. Breakfast was good with different options. Location was nice because it is within walking distance from the pier and the centre.

It was tiring walking up the hill for these few meters. Also, the neighbourhood had many trash around. However the space around the bungalows was well taken care of. Also, the noise from the parties on the beach was even vibrating the bungalow. And the windows didn't have glass cover, so it was even more poorly insulated.
