A great place to stay!! The family that run the guesthouse are so kind and helpful! Always smiling and chatty!! I personally loved the location. Diving early everyday, I didn’t want to be near the party. Although I could still here the music from the beach, this is the best sleep I’ve had in Thailand!! You can get laundry and buy boat tickets. They also arrange for someone to meet you and pick you up at the pier…which I was SO thankful for!! There are lockers available, bring your own padlock! I had a balcony which although didn’t have a sea view, was a nice area to sit and relax! They also have lots of friendly cats and lovely chilli the dog! Thank you so much!!

The staff was super friendly and helpfull. They recommanded an amazing restaurant to us called Garlic and we booked an amazing private trip to the islands via them and were super happy that we did! The location was good as it was not too far away from the buzz but far enough not to be bothered by it. And the cats were cute! They also brought our luggage to the dock again so we didn't have to go back and pick it up after our day trip to the islands. Really lovely and happy that we stayed here!

The bed was very hard and the blanket a little small but it wasn't a real bother to us as we spent only 1 night on Phi Phi

The staff was great, really helpful with booking boat tours and ferries (you can buy it from them at good prices) and giving us recommendations for kayak spots, restaurants. The location was 15 min from the center, with nice bars and view spots, less turistic. The structure was nice, full of kittens and dogs, we loved them! The common balcony had a nice couch area and a good view on the main beach. Breakfast was very simple (toast, butter and juice) but good and convenient. They helped us taking the luggage up to the hills for free. We loved the staying! Price is below average, which makes it really convenient and cheap!

The structure is 15 min walking from the center, which can be a lot when done multiple times during the day with 31 degrees. We had the room with mountain view, but the private balcony was useless, as it was too small to fit even one chair and full of mosquitos. The bathroom lacked of a few facilities, like proper toilet paper, hairdryer and hand soap. It's all very humid and not convenient if you want to wash your clothes and hang them (also no space to do that).

Large room, air con, friendly and helpful staff, cute friendly local cats (my son likes to play and communicate with them a lot!), small terrace (enough space to dry wet cloths), sea in few steps (sunset side).

Really loud music from beach party tonight. Only one chair in the room (this one was big and comfortable actually) and no any shelf.

The lovely lady that runs the place is very accommodating and helpful, she was constantly giving us recommendations and working around our plans for cleaning etc. The place is easy to access and we were provided with filtered water throughout the stay and biscuits and tea in the morning. Would 100% recommend the stay especially at such a good price! They even took our bags down to the pier for us when leaving.

Sometimes ants could get through the balcony and run around but nothing alarming and the aircon could play up abit but still worked absolutely fine.

The stay was overall very comfortable and the owner is the sweetest, very friendly and helpful person. She's eger to share advice, assist in selecting trips/activities which are the best suited to your needs and preferences etc. She is a wonderful, empathetic person, which is also shown in the number of pets aroud the gueshouse, which she's feeding and taking care of. Room was clean and comfortable, but there was one drawback - noise. If you are there to party, it should not bother you at all. But if you plan to get up early and have a light sleep it can be difficult to get a rest. Even though Kitty house is not very close to the beach bars, you'll probably hear the music and people shouting during night, and construction noises in a daytime. There are earplugs available on the reception desk, but they were not very helpful. *we've been there in a peak season, maybe in other momentals of the year it's a little more quiet.

EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING.I have genuinely never felt more comfortable. The staff go above and beyond to help you, there is a tour desk which have amazing tours all around phi phi, the lady who owned the guesthouse arranged our bags to be dropped off at the ferry after we checked out so we didn’t need to carry our bags. The service was 10/10 and more. Plus the view from our room was amazing.

nothing :), only issue was the noise from the clubs however this can be heard from all over the island so wasn’t an issue with the property.

Kitty Guesthouse was such a lovely surprise comparing to other accomodation options in Phi Phi. Super sweet and helpful staff and cute kitties and a doggo in the reception area. This place is comfortable, clean and well taken care of. They offer bag transfers from and to port. The price is reasonable and could be even higher for the services they provide. We also booked a tour through reception lady which was for a good price and very convenient. Would have definetely stayed here longer but it was fully booked. Truly recommend! :)

This is nothing that the property can change but the noise from the beach clubs and bars which lasts until 3 am. But this noise can be heard basically from any accomodation on the island.

Very nice staff, lady at the reception happy to help with some attractions, they also offer to take the luggage back to the pier for you so you don’t have to worry about that. Room was nice and clean, especially for the price really nice condition. It is a like bit far from the center but the island is small and very loud at night, so If you want to have a chance to sleep at all that’s pretty good choice. Also very cute addition, few cats and a dog hanging out in the reception area

The outlet next to the bed wasn’t working, but there still was one on the other side of the room which we could use so it was okay

We didn’t expect much with this place as it was so cheap, however we were very pleasantly surprised!! On arrival the lady at reception was so helpful and explained lots about the island as it was our first time. The room was spotless, very clean and the view from the balcony was amazing. There was also free water refills, tea, coffee and biscuits it a lovely sheltered common area which also had a beautiful view.

The only downside is the walk from the pier to the place is very long but they do offer taxi service if you contact before. The beach party can be heard from the room but they offer earplugs at reception.
