This is a lovely little house facing the sea. It’s just a short walk to the beach — all you need to do is open the gate in the fence. Even if you don’t go down to the beach, you can still enjoy the ocean view while sitting under the porch roof. Whenever we needed to contact the host, they replied quickly and did their best to help us. It made us feel very well taken care of. If I had to point out one downside, it would be that there’s no elevator. If you're a female traveler with big and heavy luggage, I’d recommend booking a room on the ground floor for convenience. Overall, my friend and I had a very pleasant stay. We would definitely come back again if we have the chance. Thank you to the host 😊

The location is superb. Beach is right across my room. Beautiful house. Love the interior design. Exactly like the photos. Nice host. Clear instructions given prior to check in. Will come back again.

Garden not well kept. Duvet was too thin.

The location was breathtaking, the design of the place was modern with some touches of oriental inspired decor which we loved. The room was sufficient for 2 people, we enjoyed our Netflix session in the room and usage of pantry. The patio was welcoming and listening to the sound of waves the whole day was so serene.

Our only suggestion is perhaps an upkeep of the lawn area facing the beach could be better; the leaves could have been swept and cleared.

The interior is very nice. Lots of insta worthy pics to shoot 😅 . Tbh during the booking didn’t realise its a house and literally sharing with strangers , thought it’s like a resorts or something.. but proceed anyway and quite impressive with the interior and the other family is just do their own thing obviously . The room is spacious, located downstairs and near to the beach gate . Love the pink vibes

During my stay , there is a group of people’s who came for a night camping in front of the beach - since it’s a public beach . Not so nice view i would say . Connection bit on and off , so can’t really enjoy the Netflix but no issue for me 👍🏻

Nice, cozy place tucked at the prime area of Tanjung Bungah. Easy access to all food eateries and mall. A bunglow house with the back gate to the beach all to myself. They have kitchen facilities and also all rooms ensuite with bathrooms, nice views of the beach. Love this place for a real treat for the mind and runway from the buzzing city. Quite and just with the sound of the waves. Tastefully decorated house for Instagramable pictures.

Thin blankets need thicker ones as the night is cold even without the air conditioning.

-Noisy,both morning and night as it sits at the corner/entrance of the public beach, so traffic is congested with outsider visitors. Worst when the house in front is also doing Air BnB,and they have party and visitors. Assuming houses in the middle wont be having so much noise -Consider to trim the morning glory plant at the porch,not to block the view from outdoor dining place -Consider to install air-conditioner @ TV at the common area -Consider to trim both plants at the front and backyard -Deluxe room is not having any seaview due to the huge tree in front of the room. There is not much option as it is a public sea -Halal food can be challenging even with Grab Food delivery, as the delivery rider/operation hours is limited

The property was excellent. Location was fantastic with easy access to beach.

The toilets were a big let down with 2 rooms had glass partioned toilets with a curtain for privacy. Also option for any temp to come and clean .not a deal breaker. But would make the stay smoother.

It feels like home. Very clean and tidy.

Noticed some dusts and spider web around the lighting decoration at the ground floor. It’s minimum. Im just wondering whether the sofa pillows in the bedrooms are sanitised/wash.

I really like the location, if you book the room downstairs you will have this stunning view because in front of the property is beachview.

Nothing! All is good except that this is a house with rooms that people only pay for the rooms heheh but its alright to me as long as the bathroom is private.

Location was perfect. Close to bus line to Batu Ferrengi and George town.

A better lock system for going in and out of property. Too dark to see combination lock numbers and if the person before you hooked the lock backwards....... you could not see the numbers. Weekends a little noisy but great anyways.
