Beautiful hotel and pool area. Everything working very well. The hotel is directly at the beach. I had a beautiful big room with balcony and ocean view, very clean, very good bed. I really enjoyed my one week stay and I am planning to come back in the future. Staff was so friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Vincent and Miss Vithra from reception who helped me with my phone. I am really thankful to Miss Vithra and her exceptional patience, same to the bell boys who gave me so good advice because prepaid Digi and Maxi's telephone cards are often recycled and then it is not possible to use Grab Taxis.

My accommodation included 2 bedrooms, both spacious and featuring attached balconies. The layout resembles an apartment style and includes a dining table and a small living room (without a kitchen). It’s a great choice for gatherings with friends and family.

The fans and air conditioning units in both rooms are somewhat old and make noise while operating. Additionally, not all power outlets were functional, which made it inconvenient to charge phones, power banks, and other devices. The breakfast options were also quite limited, so if you have high expectations for breakfast, you might want to reconsider.

We booked the two-bedroom suite, which was very spacious, including the living room. It was wonderful to have three balconies, all facing the sea. Both bedrooms and the living area had their own TVs. The bathroom was clean, and the beds were large and comfortable. The hotel's location next to the beach with private access to the sea was a significant advantage. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options, including homemade pastries. Our room was quiet and peaceful, with a great view.

Despite having three TVs, they were all relatively small given the large space. Additionally, there was no YouTube access, leaving us with only the provided channels, which were neither interesting nor clear.

The room, ambiance, and direct access to the beach were excellent. All the facilities were well-maintained

There is limited covered parking available, with some spaces situated a considerable distance from the hotel. Additionally, the underground parking area does not provide a designated safe pathway for pedestrians. The lift on the ground floor can also be accessed by non-hotel guests, which may raise security concerns. No carpet in the room. No prayer mat (sejadah) provided. Limited power sockets available in the room.

Everything! Our room, the facilities and common spaces are all well-maintained and clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful (eg when I asked for directions and recommendations). Everyone was courteous, made us feel welcomed and we were able to watch the Wimbledon final in the hotel bar (thanks Kristina!). Our room's seaview was amazing, the room itself was very spacious and comfortable (especially the wide bed). The cleaning service was excellent. The swimming pool was big, nice to swim in and well-kept; it was evident that the staff went to great lengths to ensure it was consistently cleaned. Behind the pool area guests have direct access to a beach, which is also a great option for walks, swimming and watching sunsets. Very decent breakfast choices.

It would be great if they could consider upgrading the coffee that is offered during the breakfast :-) But this is almost an insignificant observation, as everything else was perfect.

My entire experience at this hotel has been amazing. The rooms are spacious, and the ones with balconies and sea views are absolutely gorgeous. While the bathrooms are basic and clean, they could use an upgrade. What truly enhances the stay is the staff, including the front desk, bell service, housekeeping, food and beverage, pool bar, and the friendly and hilarious pool guy. The breakfast is basic but better than what many hotels in the same class offer; however, it could benefit from more choices and variety. The beach is clean and well-maintained, which adds to the overall experience. Parking can be limited on weekends, so plan accordingly. Overall, this hotel has become my number one choice lately. Since discovering this place earlier this year, I’ve already stayed 3-4 times in just six months. Room: Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast: Variety better. Beach conditions neat and clean. Easy to access from facility. Staffs: Excellent services and always cool in nature, polite and very obedient (All staffs including security, restaurant, desk services)

Milk Tea always cool required improvement. Coffee vending machine need to replace. Some of the buttons for selection is not feather touch. Need to include more fruit variety. For male guest requires to do shaving. So, add saving kit inside toiletry. Provide tissues at pantry area

Hotel seaview was so nice and the location was strategic near to the town area too.

Few things in the room such as aircond fius plug was broken seems like maintenance department didn’t do the annual checking and repairing, I guess? Room# 912 Please do the necessity then. Thank you.
