Loved the well-stocked kitchen! The room was small but comfortable. Staff was nice. The bathrooms being in the basement was not that much of a nuisance as we expected. Overall, a good choice for the value and highly recommended!

I had a big problem with the app not letting me message the property directly. I tried contacting booking.com and then the property through the email function (that only showed up on the web browser) but could not get through. Thankfully someone was there to give us the keys. Not the property's fault, but it was very frustrating. I personally would prefer to have a microwave and kettle in the kitchen, and use the space for more shelves. More hooks to hang things in the room and especially in the bathroom. A regular mirror in the room instead of the tiny ones. If there are the same number of sinks as toilets, it would be nice to have a reserved/marked sink for each apartment as well.

The hotel is 5 minutes away from the Gustav-Adolf/Langhansstraße tram. The hotel has no reception but rather a contactless check in with a key and a small lockbox right at the entrance to the place. On the morning of my arrival I received an email with the instructions for the check in, info about the bathroom and kitchen, the code of the lockbox and the password for the WiFi. Getting the key was no problem. The room was small but it's enough for one person. It had a rather big sofa bed, a small desk, little area with a kettle, instant coffee/tea and microwave, hairdryer and sweets. For some reason I had the impression that the kitchen and the bathroom are in the room. The kitchen is like a common area and was located right in the middle of the corridor, between all of the other rooms and the bathrooms were downstairs. I had full access to everything in the kitchen and it was well stocked and fully functional with plates, mugs, cutlery, a fridge, toaster, coffee machine and kettle, egg cooker, washing machine and a stove with a fume hood. It had everything in it and the food, tea, coffee and the laundry detergent were all free for use. I received a key for the bathroom which had a number on it, specifying which bathroom I was supposed to use. Although the sink areas were not private it still felt very secluded from the rest of the bathrooms and I felt comfortable being there. The shower and toilet are in a small, separated room, which the key was for, so you do have privacy. During my stay I did not see any of the other guests or people, except for the housekeeper. The concept of the kitchen is lovely and wholesome. It was definitely a pleasant experience and I will be considering staying here in the future.

Some inconveniences: For some reason my hairdryer was blowing only cold air, so it was a fun hour of trying to dry my hair with cold air when I had to leave for a party soon. Maybe I just got unlucky. I wish there was a mirror in the room itself. I was using the decorative tiny mirrors that were scattered on the wall to get ready since I didn't have much time. Eventually I gave up and was traveling between the bathroom downstairs and my room.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clear and new. As a lovely bonus, some sweets were in the room and the kitchen. A coffee machine in the kitchen was filled by coffee beans and ready to use. We have obtained very clear and detailed instructions on how to get in. Parking the car nearby was also possible (even for free). In general, we would definitely recommend this apartment.

The only thing that was not very convenient was that the bathroom was in a basement, and you had to leave your room to get there. We didn't mark this when we were booking the room. But it was indeed a private bathroom, only for us (there are a couple of bathrooms, and we have obtained a key from our).

The location was great and value for money. The bathroom was spacious and they supplied us with tea and coffee which is always a nice bonus! The place was always a good temperature and they provided towels and other amenities like body wash. The service was great as there was a miscommunication which led to there only being duvets for 3, at 10:30pm we realised this and the housekeeper came and gave us more duvets etc.. :)

The place was much smaller than expected however we made the studio work with 4 people for 3 nights!

The apartment exceeded our expectations considering the price. It was clean, well-equipped and comfortable enough for two people. The location itself is also good as Pankow is a beautiful area and the nearest tram station is 2 min walk from the apartment. The communication with the owner was very smooth.

The only thing that might be a disadvantage is the fact that door of the appartment are directly on the street, so it might feel weird or unsafe to someone. This also results in occasional noise.

The space is cozy and very clean, the kitchen even had coffee stocked. The hostess was really nice and aent out of her way to arrange an earlier check-in then expected. The location is connected with all parts of the city, maybe with one or two tranfers you get everywhere. It's also near several shops (dm, rewe, aldi, netto). Overall, I'm really satisfied, great value for money.

Room was compact but very clean and comfortable, with everything you needed in the room. Kitchen just a door away where you could make meals and keep things in the fridge. Toilet not in room but we had our own toilet and shower just downstairs, very quiet. Supermarket just down the road where you could get everything you needed. On a public transport line so easy access to centre of Berlin. Would highly recommend

A nice, clean, small, modern, pleasant apartment in a peaceful street of Berlin, about 30 minutes from the city center with public transport. Good public transport, tram and bus stops are close to the building. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom, comfortable for 2 persons. Communication was good with the owner via the booking message sytem, in English. The key would be available in a key-box, but we dropped off our luggage before the check-in time, so a landlady wait for us to let in. The landlady did not speak English, but she was very helpful and friendly, so we managed to understand each other. :) We stayed here in winter period, the heating worked well. Shower was also hot. :) Good value for money.

great place, spacious, well equipped kitchen, beds are good. Easy to get to town by public transport. Free parking zone. In real it cam across better then on the pictures.

The shower is clean and new but a bit small for tall (187cm +)people the person working there was friendly but said they could only speak russian. I coud imagine a few words of german or English are not so difficult to learn?

The quality to price ratio was very good and even though the place had several rooms under the same roof, I was never competing for space or facilities with other guests. There was still a lot of privacy and everything was clean.

Since the bathroom and toilet were on a different floor, it was a bit of a journey to get there during the night. It didn't bother me much, just something to keep in mind if you have mobility challenges, for example.
