It was modern and clean .It was very roomy and we loved that there was plenty of light.

It was so humid inside the motel and the cleaning carts were in the elevators ,with the workers all morning long .Suggestion : get a dehumidifier on the furnace / air conditioner and get an elevator for cleaning and maintenanc. Overall a rating of 7.5 with 10 being best . Price in comparison to Drury Inn or Hilton 2 higher but fewer amendities.

Loved the room, and services. Very quiet and peaceful during our stay! We took advantage of the pool, and gym. We would definitely come back to stay again.

Accuracy, I stopped a housekeeper and asked about checkout time, I was told 2PM, I got a room call from management stating checkout is 12PM. We had to rearrange plans due to this inaccurate employee.

We were in a room on the first floor, which was super convenient. It had high ceilings, which helped to make the room feel larger. It was the nicest room I’ve been in at a Holiday Inn Express.

Just some housekeeping in the restaurant area. Dead bugs and roaches. At least they were dead. Should have been vacuumed before breakfast.

The location, the room, the cleanliness, the ambiance, the comfort, the food, the layout of the pool and walking boards. The hotel it's been recently renovated and they were still working on it.

Our room was across the elevator and you could hear a lot from the chatting and noise people made as they were waiting for it. Also, from the room next to ours. It wasn't enough privacy. The smell of fresh paint in the room was quite strong.

The beds were super comfortable, that alone would make me stay again. The staff was great! We were there for a funeral and the staff was very accommodating to the whole family and allowed all, even the non guests, to relax in the lounge area while we waited for the time that we needed to leave for the viewing. Will definitely stay again when visiting family there again! Also great choices for breakfast, even a gluten free option.
