Security even in the elevators was a nice touch. Parking could be more secure but they were doing some renovations at the moment.

Couldn't get a good view of outside and of course there was construction but we were warned of it beforehand.

Good room size, awesome personnel, good security features, awesome location.

The mattress on one of the sides, the springs were already bad, you can hear the springs popping. The room needs a microwave. They have the AC under a table and added like a funnel for the air to come up over the table and that funnel make the AC really loud, I have seen other reviews about it and all the plugs are on one side of the room, nothing on the other side, for example on the other side of the bed, you can't charge your electronics.

Staff was really attentive and responded quickly to my needs.

I had room 313 and the television was not working properly. The maintenance man even changed out the TV but that did not fix the problem. The internet cable or modem for TV set needs be repaired.

Parking is convenient, Staff is great, breakfast is delicious, building and rooms are clean. This is our second time staying here. This time the AC did not blow as cold, and fridge was not cooling. Maintenance rushed and brought us another working fridge. I wish they had a microwave in the room and better showers.Over all our stay was great.

No microwave in the bedrooms. Water goes outside the shower and floor gets very slippery. Showers are dangerous.

I liked the location. It was very close to the venue we were attending. The room was very nice and comfy, and the air conditioner was great

The carpet at the beginning of the room didn’t have a sponge underneath, so it felt hard because it was in direct contact with cement floor

Extremely tidy place. Had to use the card to turn on the ac and other lights, very clever way to save energy.

No courtesy shuttle to my pick up destination, staff could not break a bill for taxi

The place was pretty comfortable, having a Walmart close to it, a few restaurants and the overall location was quite accessible.

The price. A little too steep for that area. The other hotels around there, although not as nice, much more affordable, and times are tough right now

We didn’t get to try the breakfast because they never told us it was not included with a reservation but I bet it was good
