The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are perfect, the bed was soft and welcoming, if you like soft beds. Everything was clean and well taken care of.

The buffet. It showed turkey sausage as an option on the room service menu but it was not available on the buffet. Also the pancakes and French toast were dry and chewy. Not even close to being worth 20 plus dollars. I have had better breakfast at hotels with breakfast included. Very disappointed considering the rest of the hotel

Great location and usually clean

Could not reach the reservation desk prior to arrival . I tried several telephone numbers and they all went to a call center, not the actual Doubletree Hotel. I was trying to alert them about a late arrival and check in, but was unable to speak to anyone at the Doubletree hotel. Bad service !! No way to build loyal customers. I visit Tallahassee quite often, I won’t be staying at the Doubletree Hotel again.

Location, location, location! A short walk to the Capitol, walking distance to the Cascades Park and Art District/Railroad Square. Facing the Park Ave. landscaped park with its twinkling lights. Rooftop cocktail lounge overlooking the city. PLUS - the amazing staff, specifically Lori Kaye, who took care of a heating problem in our room & a later billing question. I can't say enough.

The hotel was beautiful, had a great game room and restaurant. The pool was lovely and the staff was exceptional!

I feel as though from looking online and booking through an online service, the pictures and details of the property let us to believe that it was a Disney hotel. Not just a hotel near Disney property. That was disappointing.

The place was an exceptionally clean the staff was lively in a good way no they were pleasant they were cheerful it was like being greeted by family members

Just a location it's a little bit of way from anything going on you have to go to the new part of Tallahassee where everything's happening but it was peaceful and quiet

Great location. The staff was very cooperative.

No breakfast or free parking. The front desk said I could park until 6 pm but I had to pay $25 to get my car out of the lot. The room is in need of updating and repairs.

The location was nice. The decor was pleasant. All staff we came into contact with were nice and polite. The room was clean and comfortable.

A little noisy. We could hear every time someone entered or excited their room and the water pipes were loud.

Beautiful hotel. I felt like I was in a palace! Very clean. Comfortable bed. Decor was beautiful. I like that they had a coffee bar in the lobby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Love the warm cookies at check-in. It was nice being offered a free bottle of water.

Found a bedbug in my bed. No offer of compensation. Had to treat all my clothes upon returning home. Heat is the only thing that kills the bedbugs so some of my delicate clothes were ruined in the process. I was unaware of the parking charges before booking my stay. I thought $30 a night was a bit excessive. The lighting in the room was aweful. Felt like being in a dungeon. They definitely need more lights, especially in the bathrooms.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, friendly staff, safe & convenient location. And there's a beautiful restaurant located on the rooftop with a delicious menu and gorgeous view.
