I liked this hotel. Paid far more for far less. Off season so not too busy. The hotel was very quiet but was in a busy area. Breakfast was good. Local and Western options. Pool was clean. The rooms had a later model heat pump so was quiet. 24 hour Mart within 1 minute walk. Offsite laundry services even closer (24k per kg next day service). Double Six beach ~10 min walk one way(right) and the main road ~10 min the other way (left). Lots of local and non local food within easy walking distance [of varying price brackets]. Staff were always nice and courteous. A proper supermarket is ~15 min walk (left out the hotel and left at the main intersection), Extra info if interested :) it is a ~40 min walk to Seminyak Village, nice to see a bit more of the area but IMO not worth it, the Village is not very good. If you walk to the beach and take a left there is a beach path that follows the beach. This path is shaded and and a lot of beach vendors / bars etc on the way. It is also near a road if you want to pop across to a Mini Mart. It takes about 35 - 40 min to walk down the the air con'd BeachWalk Plaza that is much better than the Seminyak village mall. Nice walk if you want to get out and see another area.

It’s in Seminyak area, 7 mins walk to famous Seminyak beach 👌🏽😊 it’s a compact yet adequate hotel, Seminyak shopping area is literally at your doorstep 👌🏽 laundry is next to the hotel and there are lots of restaurants & eateries nearby! There a nice Balinese massage called Bliss Spa Bali has very reasonable rates for massages and Spa treatments (we like it!!) so visited twice in 3 days 😊👌🏽 hotel breakfast is excellent with lots of choices for Vegetarians and Vegans too! Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and air conditioning was excellent 👌🏽 we throughly enjoyed our 6 days stay!

It’s all perfect if you get a good deal!! Ours was reasonably nightly priced so book in advance to get the best deal 😜

Nothing to dislike.

The location is bustling with shops, spas and restaurants. Very good buffet breakfast and swimming pool. Staff is polite and very helpful. The price was good compared to some of the other hotels.

The description of the room (on booking.com) was incorrect and they booked me 2 separate rooms when I only needed one. When I requested to cancel one, the staff plainly refused saying I can keep 1 room empty if I wish to. Thankfully Booking.com had the option to cancel one room and the hotel immediately approved the refund. Not a pleasant start to the stay but otherwise the staff is very good and polite.

The hotel is in a pretty central location, close to restaurants and shops and walking distance to Double Six beach. My room was of decent size and the bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast is also pretty good.

The pool view from my room (which I requested) was only ok, due to the position of my room. But overall, it was pretty good with lots of natural light.

The complimentary traditional costume was a good experience for the tourists. And it’s all free. Thanks for the reception staffs and the girl who was assigned. Walking distance to restaurants and bars and beach. Close to airport. The extra king bed for the couple was a plus. Thanks for granting the request.

The handle of the kettle gets too hot. And only 2 pillows for 2 people. But luckily, we request for another one for free.

The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much effort. Always making sure we were ok.

The room was a little small with no hanging / Wardrobe area. But if only staying a few days this is fine.

It's all good. We are happy with our stay and will definitely recommend it to everyone who is after good value for money and comfortable.

We were very lucky to get this hotel for about $25 a night and I have to say I was really impressed with everything about it. The staff were all pleasant and helpful, room service was great, housekeeping did a perfect job every morning quite happy to change bedding and towels, and even the couple of minor technical issues we had with our room were fixed by maintenance immediately. The beds were very clean and comfy and the room came with most of the amenities you would expect . The hotel is located on the side street so there was no problem with any traffic noise. There is even a Circle K on the corner for your immediate needs. In fact the only downside I can find to the hotel is its location being about 400 m from the beach. It did seem a bit of a long walk coupled with the fact it was a very busy street, peppered with motorbikes parked everywhere and narrow pavements that often forced you to walk in the road. Near to the hotel are many restaurants and tourist shopping areas. One Bistro we particularly enjoyed was BB's, although be careful and check your change carefully after paying the bill. Overall I can thoroughly recommend this hotel unless it's important to have the sand between your toes, on your doorstep.
