Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and felt brand new. The reception named Mei was incredibly friendly. The breakfast spread was superb with many varieties. One of the highlights was watching the fireworks from the rooftop pool area. The music performers were excellent, and the bar staff were just as great. The hotel's location in American Village was incredibly convenient, especially with a Lawson right next door for any quick needs.

1. Location, its next to American village with lots of eateries, shopping and the place is so vibrant. 2. Amenities, besides the standard comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, there were also very handy packets of wash, toner and lotion which is self-service at the reception area. There is also drinks from 2 to 10 pm for guests 3. Onsen, clean and spacious which comes with Dyson hairdryers and more amenities available such as comb & towels. There is also a footbath just outside the main door. 4. Breakfast, the spread covers the local, Japanese and western food. 5. Washer & Dryers, comes in 9 each so guests don't have to fight for the usage. 6. View at the pool during sunset is priceless

Convenient Location. Friendly front desk staff explained things in details and very helpful in attending our request (One of them helped us to check in was Ms Satoko). Very clean onsen.

The area is truly amazing, not too far away from Naha in car, and has something special in the architecture. Staff & Hotel facilities were absolutely perfect, sunset from the rooftop is stunning.

On the negative side, there's not much to say. Everything was clean and easy to enjoy. Mattresses are a little hard so as the pillows. If you sleep on the back head in the middle it's fine but any other position can be a bit uncomfortable due to the shape of the pillow, difficult to explain but it would have been great to have one like this and another one smooth. Other point, they can't do anything about it, but US military planes can be really noisy until 6p.m

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is colourful and extremely delicious. The stuff is friendly and very helpful. The hotel has natural hot spring bath, which is very relaxing. On the first floor of the building there is LAWSON. Breakfast lounge, reception lobby and spa lounge are specious! We could rent a crib and also some toys for our kids.

Additional charge for using pool. The bar by pool opening at 4pm not earlier. Food delivery, which was offered, was not available (we called several times).

The public onsen is a great amenity and the location is great being in the middle of American village. Rooms are clean with modern washing machines for clothes in the room.

It's strange that the roof top pool is pay per use. It's not expensive but if you were planning on using it, it's something to consider.

Amazing experience. Had many things to do near the hotel and the hotel services were amazing. Laundry, vending machine, breakfast, lawson downstairs, free lemonade downstairs, bus to airport, pool, onsen, bar, etc. Highly recommend and really take advantage of the services.

All rooms and facilities were very clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I was able to use the pool and onsen even with tattoos which was a bonus 😊

Could use better/extra pillows

Prefect location, facilities and services. Staffs were very friendy and helpful. Special thanks to the staff 友利, who explained to us about the room and services of the hotel in a warm and detailed way. Highly recommend the room with ocean view, where you can see the fireworks at night. Onsen and wet sauna were great too :)

Very dim lighting at room

Love the balcony, welcome drinks and popsicles. Games available for kids waiting for check-in. Umbrellas for borrowing when it rains. Towels for residents to wipe the luggage. Spacious room as well as comfy beds. Accessible to major attractions and restaurants.
