We loved the place, how spacious it is, room was lovely, clean, with everything you might need for a short stay. We loved that they prepared us a couch bed for kids even though we didn't ask and we counted on sleeping together with little ones. Breakfast was lovely with enough choice for people with different allergies and food choices, eg.vegan. They have their own garage, not just parking space which is great since this area has lots of snow and storms in summer. Also sound isolation is great and we slept till 9! That never happens.

Pillows, that's the only thing!

A very spacious room with a nice bathroom and extremely kind, accommodating staff—they even stored some of our items in their fridge. Breakfast was excellent, with a generous buffet offering plenty of options for everyone.

No mini fridge or AC in the room, we initially didn’t receive fresh towels, and everything was provided in doubles even though we were three—but the reception quickly resolved the towel issue. The garage isn’t connected to the hotel, with only a few parking spots available in front.

Very nice hotel with a lovely lady at reception that welcomed us with a warm smile. Good parking. In underground garage for cars lower as 2 m. Otherwise very good parking outside. The rooms are clean, and even though it was quite warm they tried to keep the heat out by having the curtains drawn. Very well considered. It was also nice that we were asked if we would like to watch the football on the terrace and would like something to eat. We were a family of 9, so rather a large group. After a long drive it was nice to be asked to just relax and being taken care of.

nice hotel close to Swarovski Krystallwelt. Nice location also to reach Inssbruck or other places in the area. Good breakfast with a lot of choices. Room was quite spacious and confortable. Spa area is nice for the hotel.

only negative is the noise: this hotel is located almost directly on the main road crossing Wattens and traffic can be intense, just to be aware. a bit pricey (heavy discount available "on the day" that made our reservation a bit pricey)

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful on checking in. She had a difficult guest ahead of me and she handled the situation well. Rooms were a great size with wood accents that added great charm. Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. Location is great, in a beautiful valley and in the heart of the down and 10 minute walk from Swarovski.

Room layout was a little quirky but was modern.

Very nice hotel; rooms were comfortable and very clean; very good breakfast buffet. They welcomed our pet. Staff was extremely kind and friendly.

Not easy to park around the hotel, although they have an underground parking garage. Location is ok-ish: it got about 15-20 mins to get into Innsbruck, but with roadwork on the highway it could take much longer.

The receptionist was extremely welcoming and friendly. She absolutely made the experience for us since being in Austria we had not had the best customer service elsewhere but here it was different. The location is great, 10min from Swarovski museum. Fairly big rooms and had a lovely view of the mountains.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Goldener Adler in Wattens. The location is excellent, the view is beautiful, and the breakfast was very tasty and varied. Another great advantage is the closed garage for cars, which I really appreciated. Everything was perfect – I definitely recommend this hotel!

Overall, we had a very positive experience. The location is conveniently close to Kristallwelten. We arrived a bit earlier than the official check-in time, but the hotel staff were accommodating — everything was ready, and we received a warm welcome. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was good.

The rooms are excellent and they have the best breakfast I have found in Austria

The only problem is that some rooms have window to the street and the noise of passing through cars is a little inconvenient. However, it is a small town and a small street, so I will say it is a small issue. Also, following the catholic Austrian tradition, the church, which is just crossing the street, rings the bells at 6 am every day.
