I’ve stayed in higher end hotels and I must say that this was the cleanest room I believe I have ever stayed in. The second room smelled of cigarette smoke, which was very unpleasant, and the second booked room ran out of toilet paper and clean towels because the room was not serviced, but it was originally as clean as my first booked room. There were homeless individuals hanging around the vacant building right next door and some possibly sketchy others staying at the hotel but we were not bothered or harassed by them. This was just a low budget stay because of the inflation but I would probably stay again.

The hotel itself was clean and centrally located for our purposes. The TV in the room didn’t really work, but that was fine. We were only there for a night. The pillows were very flat and when we requested more pillows, we were told by front staff they only allow four pillows per room. Staff were professional, but not friendly.

Pets stay free

Grassy areas were nasty with pet poop even though there were many signs warning pet owners of fines for not cleaning after their pet.

The room was very clean and nice. Also, everything in the room worked.

I didn't like that I had an upstairs room. I needed a downstairs room because of my cane and my injury.

For a low budget hotel this place(at least my room) was immaculately clean. Everything was just basic but the cleanliness was unusual for a hotel

The TV and the channels sucked.

The host is very nice and accommodating. We arrived earlier and called the host to see if we could check in at 2pm. He immediately said it was OK. The host is very responsive when I locked myself outside. He quickly provided a new code and later came to check with the lock. The location is very nice, about 20 min. walk to the Falls and 15 min. to restaurants (many choices).

People and pets on the floor above could be noisy at times. Also, there were noises like pipe knocking (later we suspected that could be heating pipe noises when operating) in a few occasions (we stayed for 10 days).

Very clean rooms smelled cleaned. Very nice staff as well definitely will stay there again.

People loitering outside their rooms but, wasn’t to crazy.

The room was very clean & comfortable beds. The parking lot was great with good lighting. Great coffee ☕ Wonderful customer service. Restaurants nearby and very easy to get to the location. They are pet friendly and it's free for pets to stay. 😁 Very thankful, we didn't have to travel in bad weather.

The room was clean but had a damp dank smell coming from the a/c unit I believe and you could smell it from the time you walked in the room and they don’t have breakfast

This place was wonderful! Traveling alone with my daughter can be scary. Mike at the front desk was beyond kind in getting us their last room, and helping me to confirm a second night even though his end said they were booked. I felt completely safe at this location, well lit, cameras. The room was cleaner than the Hilton we had booked the night before. I didn't catch the ladies names who were servicing the rooms in the mornings, but she was very kind! I would definitely stay here again and suggest to anyone looking for a 5 star clean and safe hotel. Bonus...the price was perfectly affordable! Thank you so much for making our trip!
