Check in was great. The gentleman on duty was friendly and helpful. Same thing for checkout in the morning. Getting aa wakeup call in the morning was fabulous. The room was clean; the water in the shower was hot and plentiful; and the heat worked fine.

My criticism is reserved for the upkeep of the room, 237. The bathtub had some areas that needed caulking. The grout in the bathroom tile was stained and looked dirty. The wall in the bathroom had a hole in it. It appeared that someone had tried to patch it but they never finished the job.

It was very affordable. It was close to Mayo Clinic without being downtown. Close to various food locations and near Walmart

The receptionist was a little snarky. We showed up 20 minutes early and was very short about no early checking. I was fine with being told we couldn’t check in until 3 (check-in time) but the tone was a little rude. Also hotel is slightly dated with some features. None of the modern amenities like usb port built into the lamp. Not a bad thing just something noticeable.

All staff were very nice and helpful. This is my third stay within 6 months as I had total knee replacement at Mayo. The main driving force for my stay was cost - last stay was 10 days.

Not a lot of restaurants close by to walk to.

Good selection of food for breakfast. Great coffee, tea and hot chocolate available 24/7. Relaxed environment also.

We had some minor issues with our room keys cards and had to get them recoded a number of times. The receptionist was able to do this immediately

I like the fact that it was easy chicken I was left alone a private room front desk girl Aaron it's amazing the whole entire time I come back again and again

The variety for breakfast is always great and delicious! 😋The beds are perfect,no aches or pains when waking up and the pillows are amazing..No need to bring my own from home,that is a huge A+! ❤️❤️ Overall cleanliness is Excellent!! From entering the lobby,hallways,to your room and dining area. The motel is in a perfect location,close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants to choose from 👍❤️. The shuttle for the Mayo hospital is a huge benefit as it definitely takes some of the stress away when staying for appointments ❤️ Friendly staff from the point of making reservations through the time you check out. I recommend anyone needing to stay in Rochester for appointments,for work or just because..it may not have a pool but,if you want a relaxing stay where you will be able to actually get the rest you need..then this is the motel for you!

Breakfast had enough choices. Bed was very comfortable. A large choice of pillows - firm, soft, medium. Room was large. Hallways and room were clean. I'd stay here again.

Outside door opened directly into check in area and it was cold and windy outside. I'm not sure how the clerks stayed warm.

Couldn't beat the price! Breakfast was comparable to the higher priced hotels we stayed at. Pillows were comfy and staff was friendly and helpful. Free shuttle service to Mayo

The rooms and building are in need of updating but everything seemed to be in good working order. I was pleased with our stay

Because of my schedule I wasn’t able to take advantage of the breakfast they offered my loss It looked very good when I grabbed a cup of coffee to go I did not see a ice machine got elsewhere room was clean when returning I will go back

Appreciated having breakfast available. Hope a full menu can be provided soon. Fruit and eggs would have been excellent. Live the waffle maker, because they didn't stick. The staff were all friendly! Unlimited coffee/tea is the best! Clean place! No riff-raff customers. Quiet place to relax. Thank you!!!

The tub has rust under faucet, rust comes out of pipe initially, and the tub is shallow. Needed a soak after a swim meet. Chair and carpet stains. These are permanent stains that didn't affect how cleanly the place was. Carpet appeared to have burn (from hot pan or something). Chair needed a upholstery clean?
