We received a warm welcome by Hanah who was very helpful with parking, recommendations for restaurants and directions for walking in the neighborhood. We enjoyed having the space to spread out, and the balcony (although sadly it was too windy to enjoy). The beds were comfortable! The location was excellent for picking up groceries, and restaurants were close by. Modern electrical and heating. Kitchen was nicely equipped. Overall we felt our stay was very good value for money. Thank you!!

The floor of the shower was slippery (it was was necessary to wear rubber sole flip-flops to feel safe). The living room sofa and chair were not comfortable (no feeling of cushioning in the seat pads). There was no bedside lighting .j

My stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations. The staff is exceptional,motivated and truly eager to help. The apartment was far beyond what I imagined in terms of size and comfort, with well-isolated, independent rooms. The location is outstanding,peaceful and quiet, right in the city center. From now on, every time I visit Nicosia, I will definitely stay at this hotel. It’s not just a sterile accommodation; it's a place where you receive countless valuable tips from genuinely amazing people. May God bless this hotel and its owners. You truly know how to run a business.

The apartment is very large and a great value for money. There is everything needed for a longer stay, including a large closet, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a large TV, a nice terrace. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. A Nespresso machine in the lobby is available free for guests. A cafe, and a large bakery that also sells lots of other food products, are nearby (1 minute walk). Street parking was easy.

The bathroom geometry is a bit tight.

You get small apartment for good price, also the management is thoughtful by turning on the A/C for us <3, i will use their services again, also there is 24/7 kiosk nearby. Also pretty close to the city center which is great.

Not having kettle and instant coffee, not a deal breaker, but its nice to have for some one who does not want to go out to drink coffee in the morning. Room's door knob was in very bad condition, its basic maintenance checking things like that and the lights as well.

10/10 recommend. Mario and Dimitrios will make your stay exceed any expectations. It is not a new building, however conveniently located in the center of the city, easy parking, clean and spacious apartment with all amenities. However what makes this stay 10/10 is definitely the hospitality of the hosts, super kind and sweet constantly checking up on you and going out of their way to help. Would definitely stay again.

Really friendly and helpful personnel, always willing to advise on things to do and see and good restaurants. We also learned a great deal about the history of Cyprus from our conversations with Maria and her husband, as well as about terrific places to visit. Hanna and Rosita at the reception desk were genuinely warm and welcoming and we were made to feel at home from the moment of our arrival. Snowy, the pussy cat, like all the Lordos Apartments personnel, was friendly and interactive and always ready to greet us with a loud meow and a rub against our legs. Important for anyone who is missing their own pussycat back home. Mr Costa's café across the road from the apartments has the best Cyprus coffee and opens early - around 6.30 or 7.00. The apartment we stayed in was quiet and very well laid out with plenty of space in the living areas and kitchen. Under Maria's efficient management everything runs very smoothly and nothing is too much trouble if guests need something done. The Lordos Apartments are easy walking distance to the old city, museums and places of interest. We thoroughly enjoyed our 8 days there and wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend it to anyone who is planning a stay in Nicosia (Lefkosia).

There was nothing that we didn't like about our stay at the Lordos Apartments. We weren't doing any cooking 'at home' but for folks who may want to use the well-appointed kitchen, maybe a large salad or serving bowl would be useful.

The staff are wonderful. They truly care about your comfort and are willing to do so much more to ensure you are comfortable. I travel a lot, and wish that all my hotel apartments were as clean and comfortable as Lordos!

I didn't like leaving! I very much enjoyed my stay and conversations with the owners when they greeted me every afternoon.

the family who own and run this hotel were simply delightful and really made sure I had a fantastic stay, providing me with lots of recommendations for where to eat and drink. each recommendation was wonderful and I had the best time staying here; highly recommend!! the apartment itself was huge and incredible value for money.

Excellent hospitality, room size is really generous given the low cost of the room. We had a two bedroom, which came with separate living room, kitchen and shower room. I would be happy to stay hear for more than the one night that we booked, and will certainly keep it in mind for future visits to Nicosia.

Shower head need replacing, as there was a crack in it. That’s my only issue.

The hotel wasn't full, so they upgraded our room. Big space, comfortable beds, kitchen, balcony. Clean hotel. There is an elevator to reach upper floors. In the next building there is a small store. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

It's a little bit far from the center, may be one kilometer, but for us it wasn't a problem (we had car).
