The location is great! Right off of the Dussel Exit in Maumee, Ohio, with lots of great restaurants, stores, and Kroger and Meijer are both within a few miles of WoodSpring Suites. The employees are all very friendly, professional, and willing to help with any concerns. Jennifer, who works at the front desk, always greeted me by name, with a smile, and she truly is concerned and cares about the hotel's guests. Great value, too! Full size fridge and freezer and two burners are great amenities.

The bed is a little uncomfortable because it's on top of a metal frame. It can get kind of noisy on the weekends, but it is safe, even to walk outside at night alone. Also, it would be nice if they had a grab and go item(s) for breakfast.

The front desk supervisor, Tierra was professional and extremely helpful and was able to rectify a situation with the booking. It was Christmas Eve and the pipes were frozen solid at the house, the booking was an emergency, Tierra went above and beyond, her Manager was equally helpful with the matter. The property is priced right and the use of space in the rooms was great. The interior was modern and the television was bigger than many higher priced hotels. It was a good experience during a stressful time.

I would be nice if they had a breakfast bar and fitness.

I like that a full residential fridge and a 2 burner stove and that it was right off the interstate and plenty of stores and restaurants around.

The WiFi network was not to good and to get better WiFi you had to buy it, also there was only one single door not an automatic slide door to get into the lobby which made it difficult to get our luggage in and out.

Completely sustainable. Nice size fridge, cupboards convection burners for cooking and a microwave. Plenty of clothing storage and clean bathrooms. Beds are kind of IKEAish but plenty comfortable. Especially for the cost. Really can't beat it.

No breakfast was the only bummer but with the low rate we still saved money when buying breakfast elsewhere.

Everything was great! The facility and room were clean and well staffed. I was surprised that there was a full-size fridge and 2 stove top burners.

The bed was on a metal bed frame rather than the typical platform that hotel beds are usually on.

I didn't get the room I picked online. I reserved queen bed with sofa couch. I didn't receive that room.

No breakfast. No coffee maker in room. Bed was comfortable, but very squeaky. Clean room, but only 1 toilet paper for my 7 days. Would stay at this location again if the price is the same.

Better bed that didn't squeak when you moved.

Location was perfect for us! Hotel was clean and staff very helpful and friendly!

Wish rooms had coffee pots! And bathroom door was noisy!
