Our stay exceeded our expectations in every way. The accommodation was clean and beautiful, with fantastic facilities including a hairdryer, wide-screen TV and a jacuzzi bath. WiFi worked fantastic, bed was comfortable (we slept like babies) and breakfast was great. Location was literally perfect if visiting Pompeii as it was across the road. We were especially pleased when we saw Dino drive to the B&B in the middle of the night to help two stupid american girls who couldn't get in the house even though they were the best keys we have ever had on holiday and worked very well. Dino looked after us a lot and helped us get to our next location safely and we'll never forget him (miss you already)

Fantastic location opposite the amphitheatre entrance. It is back from the road through an archway which protects you from lots of noise. We booked 2 rooms and both were spacious and offered different facilities which was nice as we shared them. Careful thought had gone into curating the rooms and the space with lots of thought to co ordinated and elegant decor. The breakfast was plentiful. The host charming and informative

There was nothing to not like. There was a smell of sewer in our bathroom the second day but we know sometimes in this extreme heat we had that this can happen. We used my mothers room for a shower so was not really a problem for us

You can nkt choose a better location for visiting Pompei. The apt is literally a few steps pro the rntrance to the ruins. In the surroundings, there are restaurants, bars and supermarket. The room is clean, nice. We loved the terrace. Dino was very kind and flexible. The breakfast was typical italien - sweet (croissant, bread with marmelade / nutella, yorgurt).

Everything was OK. We definitely recommend this apt! If I could suggest a small thing, I would like to see more variety in breakfast (fresh fruit, vegetables, white yoghurt, ..). For a longer stay, so many sweets would be too much :)

Holy cow, when it says across the street from one of the entrances to the ruins, its not an exaggeration. It is literally across the street. The host Dino is incredible. He made coffee and breakfast for us every morning, which was perfect and delicious and so beautifully set up. He was great with our kids, as he has similar aged children. Our room was beautiful and we had a HUGE balcony with a full table that overlooked the little garden in the back. The bed and the duvet was so comfortable we were genuinely surprised at how soft and relaxing it was. The duvet was so soft and fluffy, I wanted to check for the brand to buy one for myself. The BnB is located right next to a cool pub/restaurant called Mericano. But there are SO many really great restuarants within a 5 - 10 minute walk all around. Do not miss out on this place, seriously. It is PERFECT.

The accommodation is located directly opposite the least frequented entrance to the Pompeian ruins. It is close to the train, there are many restaurants and cafes around. We spent five nights here, we had a clean and nice room with a balcony to the courtyard, a comfortable bed and a large bathroom with a shower. Morning coffee and a fresh croissant immediately made our day. The owner is absolutely wonderful and kind, he advised us what to see and how to get there. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much!

Great place to stay just outside the gate to Pompei and about 10 minute walk from train station. Dino could not have been more welcoming. Although our train was delayed, he was waiting to greet us. He gave us a lovely room with a hot tub/shower bath with private entrance, sent us to a nice restaurant down the street and provided invaluable information for visiting the ruins. Breakfast was very nice - typical Italian breakfast. As we only had one night in Pompei, Dino kindly held our packs while we toured for the day. Definitely a 10☆ stay!

Breakfast was traditional European breakfast. Made us choice of coffee upon arrival at the table for breakfast which was great. The location can't be beat. Right across the street from the lesser utilized entrance to the ruins. We were very late upon 1st arrival but he had tried numerous times to contact us which most places don't do. He was prompt in arriving to greet us at 10:45pm which we really appreciated. Couldn't have asked for more hospitality. Excellent service and a perfect host.

I liked that the property is so conveniently located to one of the entrances to the Pompei Ruins. I liked how Giovanni and his mother were welcoming and attentive. I like how clean and efficient the room and bath are. They even have a towel rack that heats up to dry and warm the bath towels! The bed was one of the best for comfort on our trip. The shower is spacious and there is a good supply of hot water. The AC works well. The one flight of stairs was fairly easy access with luggage. A hot croissant with hot tea and coffee made the day. The rest of the breakfast is a bit underwhelming. I would definitely recommend the place for great value and comfort.

No issues but the taxi man had a hard time locating number 121 on Via Roma Italia. It is clearly marked but it was blocked.

Dino is an amazing host, he has created a very comfortable place to enjoy. The breakfast was very nice, great coffee and croissants! There are many restaurants up and down the street for lunch and dinner. And bars for evening relaxation. The gate into the Ruins is just across the street, very convenient. We enjoyed our stay, definitely recommend staying here for a trip to Pompeii!

Nothing it was perfect! It was very hot and humid so best not to go in the summer, plan your trip for cooler months!

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location was perfect! The AC was good when needed. Directly across from the entrance to Pompei ruins. So convenient! Our host, Dino, is so friendly and helpful, and extremely hospitable! There is a space to hang your clothes if you need to wash something out while traveling. Even better, they offer a laundry service at a reasonable cost, so you can give laundry in the morning and have it hanging to dry later the same day. Water, coffee, and other drinks were available downstairs. Our room had a nice outdoor space that looked over a garden sitting area too. I only wish I had made this our base and stayed longer while exploring the surrounding areas.

Everything was really good, including breakfast. I wish there were some hard boiled eggs and fresh veggies, but that is specific to me.
