The staff was helpful and friendly. Even with a couple of hiccups staff was attentive to our needs. Location is perfect, close to everything and easy access to main roads, easy to get in and out of parking lot. Room is large and well appointed, bathroom taps beds are comfortable and linens smelled fresh.

First night TV did not work, no one on staff to fix it. It suddenly worked the next morning 🤷 Also, first morning shower there was no shampoo, so had to use body wash. It was filled after I let housekeeping know.

The staff was welcoming, friendly and gave great advice on places close to eat at. I was only there basically overnight to pick up my son from the Army base for Christmas but my stay was so good that I wish I had more time.

The only thing I didn't like were the prices on the snacks but then again snacks are kinda expensive everywhere now.

Bed was very comfortable, room very clean. We got what we paid for. The breakfast is pretty good. We had a sink that was stuck and they fixed it right away.

WiFi didn’t work, initially couldn’t get into our room with a key but they fixed it. They did resolve WiFi issues. All good.

The room was clean, spacious and equipped perfectly for a family trip. The property even comply and honor our special requests.

The paint remodeling job that had lots of contractors and a mess on main elevator entrance. Room wise bath holding rod wasn't stable, room had no liquid dish soap and one available made my hands extremely dry.

There could have been more healthy options such as fresh fruits. Also different alternative types of milk such as almond or soy milk would have been great.

The accommodations where set exactly as I requested. The staff are super nice and friendly.

They are in the middle of renovations. Guests should be warned, and pricing should reflect that. I'm in a walking boot with a sprained ankle, and this was a hazard for me.

Loved the size of our room and the amenities. The free breakfast was so much better than I even hoped for AND the sweet lady who ran the breakfast each morning was fantastic and so very friendly. She should be commended as everything was clean, fully stocked, bright and cheery!

The bathroom sink was clogged!!
