The hotel is fairly new, everything works, the Staff were very friendly, particularly the lady in charge of the breakfast, which was exceptional - several wonderful choices. The location near OWA was great, and being there just as the off-season hits was a bonus. The room was very well planned, with the small exception of not having enough "rack" space or places to hang towels, but this is extremely minor. It even had a place to grill hamburgers if we were so inclined.

A person would really have to nit pick to say anything wrong with this hotel!

We had to change room because the king studio is not a regular size king bed but an Olympian queen. My husband is 6’8 so we always need a king bed and we know right away if it’s not a regular size king bed. The girl at the desk said it was, so we went back to the room and measure and it was not. Thankfully she was able to change our room for double queens and we just put the bed together to make it extra large. However, if your hotel promote king bed size, you should have the universel size king bed. We picked this hotel because they had king beds in the first place.

The breakfast were great and the location was very good especially with a kid. Lots of place to walk and restaurants close by. The pool was also nice.

Everything was nice..pool water wasnt clear very mirky..and very very cold..decor was very nice..one thing a beautiful smell when you walk in would be nice..like a plug in or something..but there wasnt an odor just not a beautiful smell

I booked through booking.com they charged my card via paypal...the lady at the hotel told me i had to use a card for incidentals, but in the end I was charged for the hotel again via my Regions cc..I have been trying to get the charge from either you or booking.com with no help

The breakfast was great with variety of choices to accommodate all of our family different preferences. Which was A+. Loved how they had the set up, make sure you get there early to beat the crowd. The day shift and overnight front desk, the housekeeping staff was wonderful. The only suggestion that I’ll make is that the sheets needs to be a little more cleaner(few exhibited stains & dinginess).

The attentiveness of one of the evening front desk attendant was sl. offensive . A few of the kitchen staff exhibit an unhelpful tone and short with people.

Overall the hotel was nice, most staff was friendly.

When I arrived at 4:00pm my room was not ready. Two other guests were complaining that they been waiting over two hours. The manger offered my a downgraded room, stating I didn’t need the room I booked since it was for two people. I told her I was more than sure I booked that room for a reason. She stated it was probably because it was the only one available. I think she could have handled the situation better. I took the downgrade because I didn’t know how long I would have to wait for the room I booked. Also I guess you have to stay more than two nights to get our room cleaned. I’m willing to give them another try if I’m in the area.

The staff was amazing especially Ms. Terichia I think that’s her name. She found my daughter’s cell phone and remembered seeing my granddaughter on the screen and returned it to us, that showed honestly and integrity. I would definitely be booking again, and also sharing recommendations to my family and friends. Very nice establishment all the way around!!

Everything we did at TownePlace was fantastic. It was located directly behind OWA Park. This place was much better than the hotels we stayed in the past. Our only disappointment was that OWA had changed so much. Most of the main shops were not open and not much going on. We went to the hotel and they let us check in early which was great. We took our time and went swimming in the indoor pool.

I honestly can’t say anything about the property. We were treated well. Even the breakfast the following morning was very good.

Walk in shower. Mobile comfortable chair and ottoman. Front desk staff very professional and friendly. I had left toothbrush at home, I was offered complimentary one. Great mini store in lobby. Tasty breakfast. Huge area to walk dog on and off property. Very pet friendly Thank you!!! B

I was not informed about nightly pet fee till I arrived on property. Dusty refrigerator top. Other than that It was a fantastic time.

Walking distance to the stores. Breakfast great as usual.

When we needed towels the guy instead of the guy at the desk checking to see if the staff came to the room, he was rude telling me what he had did instead of double-checking we had asked 3 times, I asked for a manager, to get it resolved. The lady at the desk went and got them herself and gave them to me which he should've done.

Everyone who works there is very friendly and seems to enjoy their jobs and want to be there, very welcoming. Breakfast is good. Location is great. This was our 3rd or 4th stay here and the hotel is showing some signs of normal wear and tear, drawers in bathroom would not stay closed and the carpet was unraveling between room and kitchen. Not sure if they have fixed fire pit still since last visit because didn’t see it actually working or not this trip. There was a fruit loop in the elevator door jamb the whole weekend, which was weird as the motel seems to be kept clean generally. Grounds were beautifully landscaped and well kept. Everyone seemed to be enjoying their stay. Only complaints I heard were people who didn’t get a room on the balloon viewing side, which we didn’t either but know everyone can’t get balloon view rooms but it made me think a roof top area would be great for this event or a higher floor e deck area. All and all we love to stay here.
