Definitely love the location which is located in the middle of Hongdae, 2 minutes walk to bus stop , approximately 10 minutes to Hongik University subway station. Approximately 20 minutes walk to Airport metro line. Near CU , 7-11 and Mega coffee which is just right opposite the main road. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. They offered luggage storage space so you no need to spend extra for luggage locker in any of the subway station.

The washing machine & water dispenser are both located in another side of the building. So if you want to wash clothes, you might need 2 minutes to walk over. The stairs are quite steep. Booked a family suit , the first floor is good but the rooftop for the second floor is lower than you expected. You might have difficulty to stand straight if you are above 163cm especially in the washroom. So not a very good experience for the rooftop room.

The location is not far from metro. There are convenience store near by. If your room is on the 2nd floor, might be tough if you have big suitcase.And somehow you can hear other guests talking when they walk pass your room.(not a big deal, they are not just standing there in front of your room and keep talking.) Also if everyone takes a shower at the same time, the water flows will be slowly.Staff are friendly and helpful. Friendly reminder : You are about to book for a room in the guest house, not a 5 stars hotel.

The host was very helpful and walked us to the kitchen, allowed us to store our luggages after check out and also let us borrow umbrellas for the rainy day. We arrived late in the evening so clear instructions were sent via booking message on how to find the guest house (including the passcode for self check in). The location is close to the most popular streets in Hongdae as well as to the subway station. The breakfast (i.e. products in the kitchen that you can use: milk + cereal, toast, eggs, instant coffee and tea) is a nice addition.

The rooms could be cleaner. Also, the kitchen is in a totally different building and since we came late at night, we had to wait till morning to go to the administration office and ask for directions because there was no info written anywhere on how to find it. I would suggest to include the directions to the kitchen in the message with the info about check in.

Such a great place to stay. Located a block back from the main street made it really quiet at night, but it was still close enough to the subway stations and shopping streets. The room was really comfortable and clean. The bathroom was spacious, too. The staff was really helpful through messages to give information I needed as well.

The only thing I can think of that I didn't like was the tiny door I had to walk through to get down into my room from the main door. As a nearly-six-foot-tall woman, it was a bit of a crouch to get through. But other than that, my stay was perfect.

Good location. Just 1-2 blocks from the main lively streets of Mapo/Hongdae. In between two metro stops (but about 10 min walk to either station). The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating. Easy check in process. Quiet, cozy and mostly comfortable stay.

There were quite a few mosquitos on the upper floor and in one of the bedrooms.

The location of this neat house was centered around everything this area has to offer. Train stations, shopping stores and a great coffee cafe next or door & a vibrant nightlife. The best part of this neat is that it’s on a very quiet safe off street a few blocks from everything.

There are flight of stairs need to carry luggage up and down. Ceiling is too low and wall too thin, can hear next door talking . Room size quite small.

within walking distance from Hongik station! across the road (5-10mins) walk is hongdae street already! there’s few convinence stores nearby which is very nice ! owner is very sweet too! the room is very cosy too! there’s a microwave outside the rooms!

hot water can be hard to adjust and at night can be pretty dark🥹 can be space constraints if you have huge luggage but otherwise it’s fine!

The property was really close to many of the things you would want to visit in Hongdae, but still in a quiet area that felt more like a neighborhood than a tourist spot. The owner was super friendly and helpful. We arrived around lunchtime, so after checking our bags, I asked her for a restaurant recommendation. She actually walked us all the way to the restaurant and helped us order. The room was clean and the decor was really nice — simple but trendy — and the bathroom had a nice rain shower head and a shower curtain to help keep the rest of the bathroom dry.

The whole experience was great — no complaints
