Staff are amazing and extremely helpful!! They will arrange whatever you need from private transfer, quad or car rental and excursions. The bartender is amazing and funny, will bring out free drinks / shots if you treat him well!! The pool is amazing, with cabanas and incredible views, including perfect view of the sunset. Walking distance to great restaurants which also offer amazing sunset views (I recommend Moustache, you can order then hangout in the cabana at the infinity pool while you wait for your food). Overall an amazing experience and highly recommended!!

The staff were amazing the rooms were clean the breakfast was awesome so much variety compared to so many other places would definitely book there again.

I think the strongest point of this hotel is definitively its view to Caldera. We had an AMAZING experience of sunset all the 3 nights we stayed there. From the begin, that was the reason why we booked this hotel and we didn't regret at all. The view during the day, and especially at sunset, is INCRIDIBLE!! The hotel in general is also fair. It is located in a calm area with easy car access. They have just a few parking spots in front of the property but we never had problem to park it there. And the hotel is located just in front of the trail that connects Oia and Fira. So if you decide for a trail, that is perfect. The breakfast was very good too and with PERFECT view, having it outdoor while looking at the Caldera was wonderful. The staff was very nice. Michael (the morning guy in the reception) was really friendly and gave me lots of tips about the island. I would say the its view was amazing and the overall experience was very good too.

Our bedroom (#12) was ok/comfortable but not its bathroom. I had read other reviews about bad smell, and indeed we experienced that. Apparently there is a connection between the shower drain with the other drain in the bathroom. So if you take a little bit longer in the shower (which itself is not good), that water starts coming out on the other drain wetting the bathroom. Although the hotel appears as '5-stars', I think it was overrated. I definitively would not classify it was a 5-starts hotel (just its view).

It’s tranquility firstly . But even that was overshadowed by.Mike and his exceptional team. What a happy place this is. Made all the difference and from day we were “ part of the family”. The genuine care for each customer…the quality of the breakfast buffet and the other meals prepared onsite were very very good. The location is absolutely unbeatable. Sunsets are world class

A couple of kms closer into next wee town would have been nice but, you would possibly then forego those amazing views from the resort out over the cliff-edge, across the Caldera, to the beautiful wide blue ocean beyond, every day was sensational.

We were looking for mid-range accommodation on Santorini, with caldera views but away from the crowded main tourist hotspots of Fira and Oia. What a gem The Amaze Suites turned out to be! From the moment we arrived we were treated to a warm welcome and excellent service. Mike met us with a drink and brilliant recommendations of what to do, where to go, which restaurants to walk to etc. He helped with booking excursions, restaurants and taxis and genuinely made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. The best thing about The Amaze Suites though is its location. The gorgeous pool area looks out to the caldera and each room has a balcony and plunge pool to sit in and enjoy the incredible sunsets. We could never tire of the views from here and the peace and quiet, close to Imerovigni for restaurants but away from any crowds. Highly recommend and hope that we will soon be back.

Everything was very nice, the breakfast is simple but good. The staff, besides the receptionist who is a wonderful and very helpful and funny guy, are not so well trained and didn't know how to approach the tourists without transmitting a bit of unpleasantness, as if we are disturbing them with our questions/needs. And please avoid the room on the demisol, no 20 next to the storage room. We had the unlucky opportunity to get this room and no rooms available to switch to. The location and the view are amazing and you can go on foot (10min) to the nearest restaurants and villages. The famous walk that everybody talks about is just in front of the hotel so you can start your day just walking on the top of the cliffs with this incredible views. I recommend this place.

having never been to Santorini, we weren’t sure if we were staying in the right area, but I would 100% recommend this location. it is quiet and peaceful with EXCEPTIONAL views and you get the sunset all to yourself without crowds of people queuing for photos like in Oia (which is overrated if you ask me!) it’s a short walk up a seafront path to Imerovigli which has everything you need for beautiful drinks and dinners- there is also a mini mart if you want to buy drinks and snacks for your room. we had a junior panoramic suite with a private pool which we loved, but didn’t feel like we needed. even when almost full of guests, the pool area remains quiet and uncrowded, and is a little more sheltered from the famous wind! most importantly the staff here are NEXT LEVEL AMAZING. Dimi who runs the bar, and Sabrina and Erika who waitress and help organise trips and give recommendations were our favourite part of the stay! Dimi’s Mojitos and Negroni’s are the best we have ever had, Erika had all the best information about excursions and places to eat and gave us a brilliant presentation on the island (ask about the Santorini Sail sunset cruise- it’s one of the best experiences of my life!) and Sabrina was always smiling and laughing and making us feel like old friends- plus she is amazing with a tray of cocktails in high winds! 😂 we always came back to the hotel after dinner to hang out and laugh with these guys We feel truly blessed by our experience. the island is magical and far exceeded our already high expectations- I even had a little happy cry when we left because it was so good!

Nothing! I only wish I could have stayed another week.

Our stay at Amaze Suites was fantastic. The location, on the edge of Imerovigli, offered incredible views over the Caldera but was also quiet and peaceful. The Fira-Oia hike passes right by, and we loved walking along the cliff to the restaurants at night. The staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast and main hotel pool were superb and our room also had its own pool! We would definitely stay here again.

Emmanuel and Christina were incredible at providing an awesome experience at the hotel and pool/bar! It’s a bonus they made fantastic cocktails! Additionally the facilities were absolutely lovely and we had the most amazing time at Amaze Suites. All up we felt we were treated like royalty!!

The pillows were a little uncomfortable. Perhaps having some options of firm/high and soft/low could be beneficial.

I was travelling with my 14 year old daughter and we absolutely loved this hotel! The athmospehere was so peaceful. The staff was so friendly, but the owner was the soul of this place! He was running the place with his whole heart and took all customers warmthly into consideration. Plus he was our superhero as on the morning we were supposed to jump to a taxi to the airport, our taxi never showed up and he rushed us to the airport himself <3 But to continue, the views are unbelievable! There is no need to go to busy Oia to see the sunset (but of course you need to visit it!) as you can best see it from this hotel and from your own terrace. The room was fairly small but for short 5 day stay and two persons it was ok. The plunge pool and the views from the terrace were just amazing! We also spent time on the main pool area which was very comfy and the pool was great! We had some drinks and snacks at the pool and they were delicious. We mostly had dinner in Imerovigli which is fairly short but sweaty walk up the hill. There are many good restaurants in there. We also had dinner at the Tassos Tavern just next to the hotel (service and food was great!). The bus stop to Oia is just across the street. We used the bus a couple of times as the busses are really good. You just hop in and pay when you leave. The only thing is that the bus does not come back the same street, so you either need to take a taxi or go first to Fira (like backwards) and then take a bus to Oia and jump off at the hotel stop. From Oia the busses left 10 mins apart even the official timeschedule online shows something totally different (high season). We were recommended at the hotel a sailing cruise and we took that. I highly recommend that! It was so nice and the food they cooked on the boat was absolutely delicious and tasty! We also recommend to walk to Fira. The walk there is just pure blizz and amazing views. All in all, just the best hotel and peaceful location!

Our air conditioning sounded like it was working but it did not give us any cooler air, just acted as a fan. Gladly the room did not get uncomfy hot at any point.
