Excellent clean hotel. Staff and cleaning staff so nice and welcoming. I have to especially mention Sergio who is a credit to your hotel and made us feel so welcome and special. Restaurant for breakfast and dinner is amazing. The choice of food / dishes is excellent. I have been here a few times with my husband and brought my sister this time for a relaxing break. And we certainly relaxed. I can’t speak highly enough of this hotel as every time I’ve been here I’ve had an amazing stay. See you all again soon.

The staff member in the roof top bar on the 23, 24 & 25th April was very rude. On 23rd he refused us our welcome drink as he said he was closing early. We got our welcome drink on the evening of 24th. On 25th April we went to the rooftop bar again and he accused us of stealing the glasses from our welcome drinks the night before and told us we were caught on camera. All we did was bring the drinks back to our room to finish and the glasses were left in our room. We refused to let this ruin our stay as everything else was amazing.

My husband and I decided to stay in this hotel at the end of November for a week. We were very pleased with the hotel. Excellent breakfasts and dinners, we had everything imaginable including free wine and champagne on weekends. Nice odours everywhere. The room was clean, with comfortable beds and a spacious terrace. You can sunbathe right there. Jacuzzi, swimming pool with warm water, a total delight! Convenient location near the beach, great promenade, cafes, etc. The guys at the reception were friendly and very helpful. We always received comprehensive information on all our questions. I’d like to mention Alexandr especially, we arrived much earlier before the check-in time, but despite this, he sorted this out in no time and we were checked in immediately, with which we were agreeably pleased. The same story was with the departure, we did not even hope for such a thing. We recommend this hotel for staying.

The staff, the location and breakfast quality and choice were very good. Lobby was nicely decorated and the pool area and property was clean.

For the price and boutique hotel I would expect the bedroom bed quality a bit more. The pillow was poor quality. The mattress was basic. There was un finished patch work on the ceiling where we stay at room 314 and you could see it clearly when we’re laying down on bed. The bedroom a bit tired and needs re painting although it was very clean and the shower was excellent so the house keeping staff are lovely.

The staff were welcoming, genuinely helpful and friendly. The WiFi was fast and easy to hook up to The air con worked really well. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. There is an evening buffet for just €21, which was really delicious and well presented and was different every night. We liked the relaxing vibe of the foyer and bar area The rooms were well equipped with coffee machine, kettle etc and have a little balcony with seats. The pool outside was heated and there was a nice seating area around with 2 hot tubs. The hotel is very near the sea front and just a few minutes walk away from all the shops in Torremolinos.

The pool area is nice, enough sun loungers. I liked the double sun loungers, they were really nice. And having all those jacuzzi’s are a nice touch. It was nice that on my birthday they gave me a cake in my room. The cleaning staff are also really nice. They were flexible with coming back to do our room at a later time and give you the things you need.

The towels in the room are really weird, like rock solid and don’t have any absorption to them. They leave these white bits all over you. I’m not sure if they are old or washed with a strange detergent. The pool towels are much nicer, they need to have this type of material for the room towels. I felt like the staff on check in weren’t that welcoming. Not sure if it’s a cultural thing. Also it’s a bit of the pricey side - like we were celebrating our engagement and asked if there could be something special in the room and they were going to charge €50 for rose petals on the bed. That’s just extortionate. We just stayed in a Capileira for £60 and they put rose petals out for no charge. Just strange they were asking for that much money.

Absolutely stunning, recently stylish renovated boutique hotel with skilful super pleasant personnel, who do their best to make you feel comfortable. Great location, a few minutes from the beach and close to the public transport. Rich delicious breakfast, good vinery, welcome drink, heated swimming pool, 3 jacuzzi, steam room, outdoor and indoor lounges make your staying incredible. The hotel rooms are not very big but very clean and cozy, each with a small balcony. They’ve made my B-day even more special by gifting a dinner and a sweet surprise at the end. Highly recommend staying at this hotel. Many thanks for hosting us!

Gorgeous boutique hotel just a couple of minutes walk from the beach and lots of restaurants and bars. Best suited for couples or small group of girls looking for bougie hotel. The pool is mid size but has no shallow end. Cute day beds and lots of sun loungers available around the pool. The highlight is the rooftop bar serving a fancy cocktail menu, in a setting usually found in Ibiza. Complete with hot tub and space age decor Staff are super friendly and helpful

The food. The breakfast buffet is standard for what you would expect with a good selection of fruit, hot options and pastries. The restaurant is closed for lunch so if you have booked half board it will be breakfast and dinner. The dinner is buffet only and dreadful. No traditional Spanish options so you won’t see paella, Spanish omelette, patatas bravas or a hint of aioli. The dinner buffet is pretty foul and very limited in selection. Lots of local eateries to choose from so just eat lunch and dinner outside the hotel and you’ll be fine

We got one of the fabulous sun loungers every day! They are so luxurious and comfortable! The pool was a lovely temperature. There are 3 big jacuzzi’s that were a big surprise to us. We loved them!! There is also access to these late into the evening. The bedrooms were lovely. The shower was stunning. Probably the best shower I’ve experienced! Beds very comfortable, lovely pillows. Coffee machine and kettle in the room. The location was perfect. Very short walk everywhere. Lots of shops and places to eat and drink right outside the hotel.

The only slightly negative thing I could say is the walls are quite thin and there was a lot of noise on the hallway on the first night. After this, we slept so well every other night and didn’t really notice. There are blackout curtains in the room that were brilliant!

Location is perfect, less than a minutes walk to the beach. Modern nicely decorated hotel. Breakfast was nice. We only had lunch in the hotel on one day and it was delicious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool was very warm and the large jacuzzi was really nice. We also had a massage and it was fantastic. We hired a car and had no problem finding free on street parking but this was in May. It might be more difficult in busier months. We will definitely stay here again.

The smaller jacuzzi had a bad smell all week. Drinks a little expensive. 4.50 for a large beer which was not exactly large.

The hotel was very clean. Staff were very friendly and efficient. We had twin beds, both were very comfy. Pillows were memory foam, which were great as didn't go flat. We only had breakfast, which was buffet style. There was a great choice of fruit, cereals, pastries, meats cheeses and a full English if you wanted. Plenty of tea & coffee. Pool was heated, which is why we chose this hotel, but because the temperatures were very hot (around 29 to 32), the pool became too warm. It was like a bath. We stayed in one of the rooms over looking the pool, as this is the side the sun is on in the afternoon & evening. The hotel was very quiet, so there were no issues with sleeping. The bar closed at 11pm, this wasn't a problem for us as we went out in the evenings. Hotel is close to the beach, lots of restaurants close by and you can walk all the way to the Marina in Benalmadena, (it takes about an hour). If you want to go into Torremolinos centre, it's up hill! You can get busses or train from here to Malaga and other resorts. There is a bus stop outside the hotel but the buses from here didn't seam to run very often.

There was nothing we didn't really like. Just a few of niggles. No hard copies of any menus, all menus were only available by QR code using your phone. The pool got too hot - not sure if it would be possible to turn the heater off. Two of the jacuzzi's stopped working. The Hamman was only working one day. The Space Monkey roof top bar was closed. (It was undergoing renovation)
