I was positively surprised to arrive to a complete kitchen with all the utensils you need for cooking and even some spices! The property was clean and the check-in was easy. It's a good idea to provide cleaning utensils for the guests, especially for longer stays.

The microwave and the sink in the bathroom stank a while after usage and the water does not drain properly from both the bathroom and kitchen sinks. The table outside is nice, but too high to use it comfortably. A lower table would be better.

The accommodation itself was very nice, with all facilities in very good condition.

Whilst I was never troubled, the streets around the property are not very aesthetic Check in instructions could have been clearer, for example, knowing in advance I had to use an international code to dial and my Google Map link did not direct me to exactly the right place.

It is clean, very well equipped and the little garden is a very nice plus.

Maybe only that it lacks a bit of intimacy, sice the owner's garden is right under the house windows and there is direct vis-a-vis.

Great facilities, aircon, comfortable bed. Clean, tidy. Great host!!

The location of the accomodation is good, with a 10 minute walk you can get to the train and bus station. There are restaurants and shops also in 10 minute walking distance. The accomodation is located on a small and quiet street. Bus and tram stop is close to it. The apartment is nice and cozy, the bed is big and spacious, there is also a sofa in the living room. The bathroom is also spacious.

The owner was not very helpful, the way we were supposed to get access to the accomodation didn't work and was not really eager to help us out so we had to wait outside the apartment without information for a while. The accomodation was not cleaned perfectly, the WiFi was not working and we didn't get help with it throughout our stay. The sofa was pretty small so it didn't really fit for an adult.

Unclear instructions, I was struggling to understand the sense of the host's messages. It could be because of the booking translation from French to English, but I asked one French lady to read the check-in and the parking instructions in French, and she was struggling too. When we arrived and were wandering around, I messaged the host, who lives next to the apartment, saying we were confused, but she wasn't willing to come out and help us. The apartment is small. It was 3 of us ( the third person was 11 years old child). Not enough space and once we put the suitcases on the floor that was it. It is not the cleanest property. Some of the kitchen ports weren't washed, and the oil was still on the bottom. Spider webs weren't clean for a while. The host needs to update the facility list for the property. The garden furniture is pointless - uncomfortable and not suitable for dining. If you sit in the garden, you can see and hear the host's family and see their swimming pool. Only one little paravane separates the apartment garden from theirs. The balcony is not a balcony, and the view is straight into the host garden. There is no privacy as two windows face the host garden, and the other faces the street. If you open the door, you can see the people opposite the apartment, and they can see you too. There are no blinds on the windows, just curtains. You are exposed once you open the curtains, windows, or door. We had only 2 small shower gel sachets even though we were 3 people. The drying clothes rail's cables in the bathroom were visible - it is dangerous. No fire or smoke alarm. The wifi was unusable - very slow. This also made the TV unusable as it is an internet TV. When I messaged the host, she said sorry, but she said she was still waiting for the fibre or something like this. After a day of hiking, our last night was disturbed by power tools like drills and chains saw, as the host was doing some DIY woodwork in the garden.
