We stayed in a villa at this hotel with a family of seven, and we all loved it. The villa was spacious and clean, making it the perfect option for a large family. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide and varied selection of food. Almost every evening, we dined at the hotel restaurant, where the food, drinks, and service were top-notch. I also want to highlight the excellent service at the hotel. Thank you very much, and we look forward to coming back next year! :)

Since we stayed for 10 nights, the water in the pool was excellent at the beginning of our stay, but closer to our departure date, it started to turn green.

The villa with shared pool access from large sun lounge area was nice. Very large and comfortable bed. The beach was great, clean (up to the fence line) and next to the pool and bar. Great spot for sunsets. Food menu was extensive and bbq had a lot of variety to choose from. Staff very friendly, but most did not speak much English at all, which was ok as most guests appeared to be from Russia or other Eastern Europe countries. They seemed better catered for.

The shower drained slowly and water was cut off without warning a couple of times. There is such a thing as too close to an airport and I like planes, but the sound of planes taking off and landing became a bit annoying after a while, even for a jet lover like me. Location was a little bit further from entertainment area too.

West coast is the best location on the island. The hotel is 20mn of the center by scooter. Pool, beach access, gym and globally services are really cool. Restaurant has a diversified menu. A little expansive compared to rest of Vietnam but I guess it’s the island thing. 3 different breakfast that are very nice.

The staff barely speaks English. Lot of misunderstanding. No activities organised during our week: running got cancelled, no beach volley, etc… This is different from what is announced by the resort. The service at the restaurant is at the minimum: goûter is closed before the time (and they won’t give you anything if you are 1mn late), no pillows on chairs outside you have to ask them every time, no one comes to see you at the table during the meal you have to wake up and ask.

Villa rooms were a good size, clean and everything worked well. Pool was nice and right on the beach. The staff were very friendly!

As it was a bit further away from places we ended up eating mostly in the resort. Lunch & Dinner can sometimes be very slow. At times we waited up to an hour for food. Leaf blowing outside of villas @7:30am was not ideal when trying to have a relaxing holiday.

Really nice,comfortable,spacoius,clean rooms and most amazing thing was a swimming pool located just right next to patio Doors. Super friendly and kind stuff that was always ready to help or solve the issue. One of the big things for me personally was safty... it was very safe at the resort but also outside of the hotel area as well so no problems with evening walk next to the beach.

Food was good ... by saying "good food" i mean nothing WOOW and i couldn't find anything what was better than avarage from menu.

Good hotel with live music every evening. A lot of good food options for breakfast. The pool is nice. They offer kayaking and free bikes

Seaside - sea is dirty

Location of resort was good although a bit far from the shops and restaurants. There was a small convenience store nearby for water and snacks. Pool was excellent. Beach area was perfect with enough deck chairs and towels and a nearby shower area. Staff were helpful and attentive. We were able to book tours and a shuttle bus was provided twice a day for visits to a pearl factory, silk processing store and King Kong Mart where there was a lot of clothing, clothing, gift ideas for sale. Breakfast was plentiful and varied.

Sea was good but on occasion there was a lot of plastic waste washed up onto the beach. The staff regularly cleared this. On occasion the water was cloudy and a bit smelly. Generally water is not clear but acceptable. Limited choice for breakfast in terms of vegetarian food and NO halal food for the large number of Muslim guests that do stay here. The curries I ordered for dinner were tasteless and the 'naan' bread was not up to standard resulting in me pointing this out.

The location is great, far enough away from town to be quiet and have that island feel with just the waves breaking being the main noise while walking around the hotel, but not too far to make it a pain to go out for dinner. The room was a great size with a lovely spacious balcony with a large couples lounger to relax in the evenings. The hotel feels very open with no doors and just the ocean breezes blowing with was great during the hot days and during breakfast. Staff were great l, very helpful especially the guys operating the golf buggies who will always stop when driving by to make sure you don't need a lift somewhere to stop you from any sort of walk. We both had a great time and have no real issues.

Nothing major.

Amazing resort, beautiful comfort villa, beautiful garden and very clean. Brekfast is super until 10am, variety of food, from 3pm - 4pm you have tea time, with some snacks, cofee and drink for free and every evening they bring in the room some fruit or biscuits for free. In the evening you can choose variety of meat and sea food for barbaque with bife salad. You have 20% discount on everything, coctails, beer, fruit etc... All employers are very kind and make you a perfect stay. For some people the resort is too far from town, but after a long travel in Vietnam, this is a compleet relax.

This place made us feel so special. Their service was definitely better than any other 5-star resort we stayed in Vietnam. We stayed here only for half a day before checking into another resort as my flight arrived too late, but wished we had stayed here a bit longer! Shuttle from/to the airport and downtown. Golf cart with a driver picks you up to go anywhere around the resort. Nice breakfast. Quiet and peaceful beach and pool. Plus, really affordable compared to any other same-level resorts. Nothing to complain about!

There are no tourists visiting places around the resort, but any other nice resort you stay at will be the same in Phu Quoc, so that is not a problem. Plus, this place provides a shuttle to/from the city/airport, which other places often only offer airport shuttles.
