I recently stayed at the Best Western Kenosha and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff was great. I appreciated the quick and efficient check-in process, and the staff was knowledgeable about the local attractions, providing helpful recommendations. The hotel itself was well-maintained and offered a range of amenities. I enjoyed the free breakfast, which was a convenient and tasty start to the day. The wifi connection was reliable, and it was great to have access to a pool, hot tub, and bar on-site.

Staff was friendly especially Amelio. Always greeted us with a smile. Everything was clean. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfy. Great location for eats. They fed us breakfast every morning. There is a pub on site too. Has an indoor pool and a great hot tub. We enjoyed our stay here. Will stay here again while visiting surrounding areas

Had a scare with an elevator. Informed management and they took care of it. It did not affect our stay at all

I did not take breakfast nor use the bar facilities, but I very much appreciated that they were available. The check-in staff was friendly and personable and knew the area well, which was helpful. Even your cleaning staff was friendly and took time to interact with me in a cheerful and helpful fashion. Parking was convenient.

I liked the little card handout listing various amenities as well as the wifi password, but it would be nice for check-in staff to specifically mention access to the wifi password and where I could find it. Not many travelers DON'T need wifi any longer, so it would be nice to make it part of the "welcome" process.

Going to a show at the Brat Stop and this hotel was right in the parking lot so location could not have been better. I wish I would have gotten the staff member's name who checked us in. He was friendly and funny and made me laugh. The onsite bar was a bonus because we could pre-game a little before heading over to the show and the complimentary drink tickets made it even better. In the morning, the free breakfast was fully stocked and hot. Waffles, cheese omeletes, even strawberry syrup! This place was perfect!

The breakfast was OK. We mostly went out for breakfast. Pool and hot tub area were clean and inviting. Although we did request a room on the first floor on our original booking. Your staff made it right and put us on the first floor after being on the third floor. Parking lot was clean and parking was closer to our room.

Everyone on your staff, front counter personnel. Met and chatted with the owner, very nice fellow. Everyone on your staff has been taught courtesy, the value of a good review. We are very happy with our stay 6-18 thru 6-24!

The property is located in a great spot and is clean. The rooms are nice.

The person registering us for our room asked for our credit ca… He started typing our credit card information into his system. When I asked if the credit card machine was working, he said yes. I’m not sure if the system he was using was encrypted. It is unclear why he would physically input our credit card when he said the credit card machine was working. It didn’t seem very secure.

Stayed for one night and it was one of the best hotel staff We have had in years. Whether it was front desk, housekeeping, breakfast staff, all went above & beyond in their efforts to make our stay positive. Very professional at all levels and We appreciate that. The bed was nice and comfy, the location is right off the highway which is convenient to restaurants and shopping. The pool & hot tub was phenomenal after a long day of driving and breakfast was very good & filling. There were many options to eat.
