Very warm and interested staff. Large comfortable room; large bathroom; lots of towels; desk area to spread my things. A croissant warming machine so the croissants are crispy! Great cappuccino

It’s central location around the corner from Piazza delle Erbe, room decor, staff were very helpful, near shops. Loved the guest lounge - all looked welcoming.

The location was ideal. The Albergo Mazzanti was in the middle of the city and near all the attractions we want to go see in Verona. The room was comfortable and was the room advertised. The staff was excellent - especially the lady who was head of the breakfast.

The hotel was a little past its prime. If there is some basic maintenance then it would be top notch. The elevator had a really bad moldy smell and I only went on it once during our stay. This was ok since they had given us a room on the first floor. The door to our room 106 wouldn't close properly and we had to close it twice to get it to lock. It was a really nice hotel but again needs some repairs to give it top scores.

Our stay here was lovely. The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. They always took the time to answer our questions. Our room was clean, cozy and comfortable. The breakfast was incredible! The staff who ran the breakfast were so friendly and helpful, and they made any drink we asked for. The selection of items was beyond what we expected, including savory and sweet options. The location was dead center in the middle of the old city, so walking around was always a breeze. We loved this hotel and will return if we stay in Verona again.

The location was excellent as were the rooms...very spacious, clean and comfortable, complete with a very good breakfast. About the location, it could not have been better, located on a quiet side street yet steps away from one of the main piazzas, full of restaurants, shopping and Juliette's home. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. What else to say, for me the Mazzanti is a real find I'd recommend for others without hesitation.

There was nothing I didn't like. As a general observation, rooms run on the warm side in Italy in early spring when I visited. The Manzzati was no exception. Like others, this isn't completely within their control as my understanding is that the government regulates what the temperature range is for different seasons. In the Albergo Mazzanti's case, the windows opened easily so the warmth wasn't a problem for me.

The location was excellent, very central and convenient to everything. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was great good selection of hot cold sweet and savoury and the staff serving were lovely. We have stayed in Verona several times and this will definitely be our port of call next time , I highly recommend this accommodation.

Excellent location in the heart of the old town close to many restaurants and bars No problem with noise during the night in the hotel

There’s was an issue with the shower cubicle which overflowed and flooded the bathroom only after a short shower when we reported it at reception it was obviously an on going problem

The accommodation was nice and clean ,comfortable and a very central location , within walking distance to shopping and loads of fantastic restaurants. The breakfast was very delicious , I am coeliac and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that I had enough to eat !! Would 100% recommend this boutique hotel and would definately stay again Thanks again to all the staff 😊
