Extreme choice for the breakfast (allergenes precisely shown) , generously spaced room, bathroom and halls, good beach just a minute away, near to the airport. An ideal place for overnight stay before leaving the island. Checking out at 12 is a life saver.

The sunbeds at the beach get occupied easily, you have to get there early to make sure you'll have one.

This was hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed at as a solo traveler. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed — every staff member, from the doormen to the chefs, greeted me with a smile. The customer service was exceptional — I felt seen, valued, and completely taken care of. The breakfast was delicious, and the evening all-you-can-eat buffet with cocktails was fantastic value for money. The rooftop bar quickly became my favourite spot to unwind with a cocktail and watch the sunset over the ocean. Special thanks to Arta at the pool who always made me smile and gave great local tips, Dewi at the rooftop who felt like a friend, Sintha for checking in on my stay, and the lovely receptionist who remembered my name every morning — the personal touches made all the difference. My room was spotless, well-stocked with bottled water, and the mini fridge was a great bonus. The beach is just across the road with the hotel’s own sun loungers — so convenient! Even a minor issue on my first night was resolved quickly and professionally. I also highly recommend the spa — I went twice! The hot and cold pools were an experience in themselves. Checkout was super relaxed — they stored my luggage and let me use the facilities until I left. As a first-time visitor to Bali, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. This hotel will be my go-to every time I return. Highly, highly recommend!

The most amazing part of our stay at the Platinum Hotel was the staff. There was never an unhappy face we encountered in our seven nights stay there. They were always smiling and more than eager to help with all our needs. By the second or third day, they all had our names and room number memorized and that was something. Dela at the reception with her super efficient staff was the epitome of customer service in the hospitality industry. She is someone anyone would be fortunate to have on their team. The hotel facilities and amenities were up-to-mark and met all our requirememts including the ever so eager room service staff. The restaurant offerings were to die for, specially the amazing spread every morning at breakfast. Some names worth mentioning are Diyah, Anggi and Sintha and so many others. Such an zing experience we had at The Platinum Hotel And last but not the least worthy of a mention here is Ika who was part of the welcoming and lobby staff. He goes out of his way to help and deserves much appreciation. Thank you Platinum for a memorable stay in Bali. You all represented your country by going way over abd above the call of duty, an experience we can never forget.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

The room and facilities were amazing. The apartment was super spacious and extremely comfortable with a huge living space. The pool was lovely and our deck and the infinity pool were great places to watch the world go by. The rooftop bar was superb. Great service and a great view too. The staff were delightful. The breakfast spread was amazing.

It appears to be a huge function hotel. Our room was adjacent to the lifts and there was a lot of noise outside the lifts and in the halls during the night. We understand the hotel cannot do anything about their clientele but maybe ask for a room away from the lifts. Breakfast time was very busy too, however it did not affect the service we got.

I stayed at this hotel recently and had a generally positive experience with a few letdowns. The location was really convenient, making it easy to get around but note that there is no market nearby .The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room itself was clean and comfortable—no complaints there.

I had requested an early check-in well in advance, but when I arrived, there was no room available. Unfortunately, we had to wait in the lobby for about three hours, which was really tiring after a long trip. It would’ve been great if they had communicated better or tried to accommodate us more promptly. As for the breakfast, it was just okay—nothing special, but it did the job.

Stayed at this hotel for a staycation with family. We chose a room with an ocean view. Overall the hotel is comfortable and located in front of kedonganan beach close to many seafood restaurants. Hotel facilities are complete, staff are friendly, rooms are clean and spacious, there is a swimming pool for children and a mini playground. The breakfast is also delicious and plenty of choices.

The downside is that the bathroom drain smells a bit although the bathroom is clean, maybe a fragrance can be added.

Nice room, comfortable bed, close to airport. Food was okay, cocktails were great.

The hotel itself was fine but the surrounding area is awful, the beach is covered in litter.

Room was beautiful. Staff were amazing. Buffet breakfast was delicious.

My door didn’t lock properly and took and bit of fiddling to get it to close properly. Went to enjoy a cocktail on the rooftop but couldn’t stay and had to take it back to my room as it was too hot there are no umbrellas or shade. Might be good to pop some shade cover out there as an option.

The breakfast was worth the effort to get up in the morning. The very large bed (2.1M 7 ft) was worth going to bed. The infinity pool, with sun on it for most of the day was great to relax by and swim in. The rooftop bar was wonderful to watch the sunset and to enjoy a beautiful evening meal with a drink or two. They have a great fitness centre to loosen up those relaxing muscles.

Jimbaran district is not a tourist destination yet, but the hotel is good enough to not want to venture out to the surrounds. Don't bother going for a meal at the local fish eateries.

The location and facilities are very good. The staff were excellent. Overall, the experience was good, I will rate the hotel as a 3 to 4 star. The Jimbaran restaurants facing the beach are all within walking distance.

I read so many comments about the breakfast that I booked according to the reviews, but unfortunately, I'm not impressed by the breakfast nor the settings of the tables. Since the hotel was fully booked, the food was not replenished on time, and finding where to sit was very difficult 2 days in a row. Only 1 coffee machine for such an amount of guests.
