Fabulous location, down a beautiful bamboo covered entryway just off the main street of Sanur, and the new ICOM centre just a minutes walk away. Gorgeous grounds and very quiet, except for the frogs! The smart TV was great with plenty of English language chanels, you tube as well as streaming chanels. The pool was large, clean and very private. Breakfast was great, lots of choices and delivered daily from an extensive menu which is orderd the evening before, and available up until 11am! All the staff were extremely kind and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

Not the resorts fault, but a neibouring proprty was being renovated and was a bit noisy at times. Otherthan that, all good.

Stunning resort and private villa. The villa was super spacious, comfortable, very well maintained and clean. We loved the privacy, the quiet and our big own private pool. The hospitality has been a 10/10. Every staff member is so nice, professional, courtueous. We loved the fresh breakfast made everyday and the food at the restaurant for dinner is very good. The spa / yogs experience were also a 10/10. We also booked a couple of private excursions with them and if was also faultless. We will visit again. Thank you so much for making our honeymoon so special.

Nothing we didn't like.

- The Pavilions is down an attractive, bamboo lined driveway directly off the main tourist street in Sanur close to restaurants, bars and shopping. The beach is an easy 10 min walk. - All staff were friendly and efficient. - We had breakfast in the restaurant each day overlooking the gardens. Staff were attentive, great menu selection and food was delicious. - Our villa was spacious, clean and comfortable. - The communal pool is in an attractive shaded setting and peaceful as it was hardly used by others in the time we were there (perhaps because many other guests had villas with private pools). - We highly recommend The Pavilions and look forward to returning next time we visit Bali.

- Only negative was the lack of soundproofing between our villa (#29) and the adjacent villa (#30).

Villas were very comfortable And most had own pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious with terrific breakfast included in our package. Resort is well located and close to many restaurants, local shops, beauty spas, and the new Bali Icon shopping centre. The beach and beach path are only a 5 min walk.

We were there in wet season and there are mosquitoes everywhere in Sanur. Coils and spray are available at the resort and beds have mosquito nets which was fantastic. The resort could look more into mosquito zappers etc. in the open dining areas. And pack a set of light long pants/sleeves if you’re worried about bites.

Loved the entry ,staff and Villas ! Never felt so appreciated by every staff member we interacted with from reception, cleaning to motor vehicle staff,and even Gardeners were so friendly . The villa was Balinese style with luxe facilities - we were travelling as an adult family of four and we loved the pool and communal areas surrounding it , had no complaints about our stay . Not to mention the shopping and restaurants within a few minutes walk in both directions .

My wife always loves a cup of tea and some English breakfast tea bags and milk in the fridge would be nice , but that's it - great accomodation and so well positioned.

The Pavilion Sanur establishment is set back from the road. It's quiet and tranquil. The Main pool is qaint and has a bar area where you can order snacks and drinks. Staff are very accommodating. We stayed in the Honeymoon pool villa 21 , it was private and cosy. The bedroom is upstairs and is accessed by a spiral staircase. Toilets are both upstairs and in the main bathroom area downstairs. Breakfast is brought to your room daily at a time of your choice. The spa is really nice, we had Tini and Redy and had a 90min massage which was lovely and well needed. Location is fantastic, eateries and warungs everywhere. Warung Old brick was really nice and cheap , The glasshouse and Over the moon are good choices.

Beds need a soft bed topper which would give you a better night sleep. A pod coffee machine would be a bonus.

It was overall a great experience. Location was good, within a short walking distance to the beach and the restaurants, plus a 2 minute walk from Icon Bali. There are also many restaurants on the road, and the night market is 10+ minutes walk from the villa, too. Staff are super friendly, and the breakfast was good. The villas are closed off from other buildings, so we could enjoy privacy. Rooms are spacious for two as well.

The private pool is has trees above it and the leaves were all over the pool, which made it a bit reluctant for us to use. The main pool, though, is clean and pleasant. The TV is not a smart TV, but on a bright note, they have a selection of DVDs and you can borrow it for free.

The location was very central and the staff were amazing. We loved having a pool in our villa and enjoyed breakfast in the villa every day. The property is very beautiful with lush tropical gardens. It’s very quiet which was great.

The villa itself was quite dated with wonky floor boards and it smelt quite moldy. The beds were hard and the mosquito nets around the beds gags holes in them. The pool had some broken tiles where tiles were just laid on top of them causing them to be raised up and we cut our feet on them.

Very private and comfortable villa’s. Located ca 100m away from the main road, so very quiet during both day and night. Extremely friendly and attentive staff. Sanur is still a relatively quiet/peaceful area of Bali. Lots of nice restaurant options nearby.

Villas are built relatively close to each other, so there’s a limited amount of sunlight coming through the windows. Sanur beach isn’t suitable for swimming, as the water is relatively shallow and there’s only a narrow strip (10-20m) without Seagrass.

The daily breakfast was amazing. Couldn't ask for a better location - central to everything. All the staff were so friendly and approachable, nothing was too much trouble.

The TV in the villa was a little bit too small and the couch could have been closer to the TV and a little bit more comfortable. A TV in the bedroom would also be a nice addition.
