The breakfast had a good selection including healthy choices. The coffee was hot and fresh. The bananas were overripe and shouldn't have been put out. The staff was very attentive and pleasant and they kept it clean and stocked. They work hard.

Even though there are a lot of upgrades to the room. The bathtub area could use some work. The towels are rough. The toilet kept running and seat was loose. The carpet in the room needs replaced as it has several spots coming up. There is a sink in the kitchen area but no dish soap or towel. That would be nice. The air conditioning units need upgraded. They are VERY loud! The bed had hair in it. These are some things that need attention.

The property was extremely clean, smelled fresh, looked nice, and the beds were comfy. The receptionists were amazing. Especially when we ran into a scheduling problem on our end and they so kindly extended our stay until 2pm with zero issues. It was a great experience and I will always choose Holiday Inn Express everywhere I go now! My kids loved the pool as well!

This is second time staying at this hotel. Everything was great except for breakfast. Breakfast on weekends don’t start until 7am. So both days there we were not able to enjoy the breakfast. They said breakfast starts at 6:30 Monday through Friday and Saturday and Sunday it starts at 7am. Might want to change that.

Good location, nice amenities and clean.

Some stains on carpet. Front desk receptionist initially turned my husband and I away from checking in early but not too long afterwards allowed a man of a different race to check in early. Confronted receptionist about the discrepancy and was told that she had inquired with the custodial staff about our room being ready. However, I never told her my name for her to inquire specifically about our room. Felt mistreated and marginalized.

Breakfast was good and location was good.

The cleaning staff wasn't to friendly not at all..Also, the room I was in the chair was falling apart and we had no soap or toilet paper the time, but when we asked the front desk we received it. Asking the cleaning staff on the second floor wasn't helpful but rude.

Nice and clean staff was nice breakfast was great and had a good variety of food and drinks!

The one way in and out of parking lot was a little sketchy! And we had issues with plumbing but was taken care of pretty quickly!

Large room, plenty of parking

Purchased a room with double bed, so my son would have his own bed, got a room with a king. Was a dirty wash cloth on the top of the shower curtain. Need good creamer in the room instead of the powder packets, especially at $500 for 2 nights.

The staff are always amazing. The facility is always clean and free of unpleasant smells. We stay here every year.

The pillows are too soft and caused my neck and shoulders to hurt because there was no support. I woke up multiple times throughout the night with my head pretty much on the mattress. The water pressure is non-existent. My shower took twice as long because of how long it took to wash my hair. I just chose to use dry shampoo and not wash my hair for the rest of the stay.

I did a last minute check in and my son is a huge plane buff. Asked for a room facing the airport and was upgraded to a suite because I was a member. I felt suoer special. That room was perfect and clean and nice. Breakfast was served daily and included with our rate so that was a plus. The hotel was ny a busy highway but the noise didn't bother me. Plus the winds changed and one evening all the planes flew over the hotel. My son was super happy and caught tons of great photos for his sister's blog.

On checking in, I had luggage but no one to help take it upstairs. I was not used to that. I had to push all my luggage on the trolley that was very ricketty on my own. I went from special service to carrying my own luggage. When I was leaving I wasn't told to be downstairs 10 minutes prior. Th shuttle was there at 530am and we had to get the said trolley ourselves. That took some time. We barely made it but thankfully the driver waited.

Good price, good location and close to CNU. Dwayne was awesome! We needed to switch our King bed accommodations to two doubles and he made it happen. Thanks Dwayne! I appreciated that!
