The rooms were very clean and kept in the highest quality. I enjoyed the view and balcony most. Moreover, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mr. Şenol during my stay. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and his multi language skills made a huge difference for us. We felt very comfortable being able to communicate easily and comfortably. Mr. Şenol went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, always with a friendly smile and a willingness to help. His knowledge of the hotel and local area was impressive, providing great recommendations that made my stay even more enjoyable. It’s rare to find such outstanding hospitality, and I truly appreciate his efforts.

The rooms were not completely sound proof

Everything was perfect

This is my second visit. Excellent location, outstanding sea view and friendly staff.

Pillows not comfortable despite we have asked for different types. Corridor and lobby incredibly hot (outside temperature was 30 degrees) and humid I think management trying to save money by reducing the costs?!!! One day the Breakfast area was very hot however, after complaining waiters turned on the Air condition.

Design and architecture, details and comfort. Lobby is awesome, pool, elevator and massage awesome. Common areas are great too. So much attention to details

Surprisingly for such place the food wasnt properly cooked (but hotel didnt charge us for food tortellini and pizza that we couldnt eat) and coffee latte need to paid separately at breakfast. And no coffee machine in room. No alcohol. Staff dont speak english but still managed.

Everything was superb. We loved everything about our stay. Definitely would stay here again. The views were astonishing. The location was perfect.

Breakfast options could be improved. Breakfast staff are not as friendly as the rest of the hotel employees.

First i want to thank the manager of the hotel for his kindness and his welcoming, he upgraded us to the suite. The room was stunning,modern design, brand new, super clean,super comfy, great view to the sea and the staff smiling and helpful. It was worth the drive from trabzon airport. If your planning to visit Ayder and Uzungol and this area better to stay in this location.

Everything was perfect. A very luxurious hotel in a small city like Rize. Better than many hotels in Istanbul. Big rooms with amazing views, beach, pool, kids area, big breakfast. Location was perfect. 7 min from city center.

Guest welcoming was lacking. Other places offer some sort of a small refreshment or bite size sweets. I wish the coffee was better. But I won’t lie, I couldn’t find good coffee in all Turkey. So having amazing coffee will me definitely a bonus.

one thing actually is that the difficulty of requesting anything from the front desk as there english language is very poor. They were extremely nice and trying their best but a few english words would help more
