Overall the hotel room was satisfactory, but the door lock with the key card was hard to open at times, seemed get jammed and it took a couple of times to get it to open.

Miscellaneous food crumbs were found in and around the sofa bed/couch when we opened it up. Not enough pillows or blankets to cover the family after booking the hotel room, had to request

The location was perfect - close to metro station with direct acces to airport and centrum D.C.

The pool was closed. The breakfast was a little disappointing, we expected a buffet (with regards to the photographs in the Booking site), but it was served and there was no healthy alternative e.g. vegetable, fruits, yoghurt...

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and courteous. The hotel was in a great location, close to the metro, restaurants and shops. The area is clean and well lit at night. Parking is secure.

The pool chairs are in terrible condition.

I haven't yet received my caution deposit. I have paid an amount of 100 USD. I am patiently waiting for it.

I cannot rave about this location enough! Super close and easy to get to DC. You'd never realize how close you are! And the shopping/entertainment available in walking distance is tremendous. We all felt very safe in this college area. Breakfast was also better than expected. I thought we were getting a regular continental, so to have hot choices was outstanding. Parking wasn't free but it was available. It was $16 a day but it was parking and we were happy to pay it!

Beds could be a little softer, but I didn't wake up sore. The temperature seemed to be inconsistent. We all spent the night with covers on, off and all stages in between.

Lobby entrance is nice and it has a restaurant and bar

Rooms have a smell, elevator is very old for the price paid the value wasn’t there

Location was convenient. STAFF was great. Room was just less than expected.

Bathroom needs remodel. Shower handle was a mess.
