The bathtub was a win for my kids! Bathroom so spacious, tub was big. If only we could fill the water faster. The beds and the pillows were luxurious. Both my husband and I really slept comfortably, so inviting! We enjoyed our midnight Ramly burger hehe. The stall is just right outside the hotel. Room was comfortably spacious for our family of 4. Perfect!

We drove in and twavelled at night, so parking was a headache. So if you do go here, it's way more accessible for backpackers coming from CIQ as it will be much easier to reach on foot with all the convenient linking bridges around.

The place is really strategic and the hotel itself is clean and superb! You can just go to shopping mall across the road by just walking. Bed and toilet are new and clean and comfortable. Their receptionist are so helpful and friendly too. Would come again to this hotel for a short trip. Really worth every penny

Their room is not soundproof hence we can hear kids playing around and cars pass the road beside the building. However, this is not a big problem for me as I prefer to have some noise rather than quite place. Also, Its quite hard to park too as the place is a bit crowded. I saw public parking space (need to pay) but its quite far for the hotel.

Walking distance from hotel and east access to shopping mall nearby. The bed and pillow is luxurious. Room is clean and enough space for 3 of us. Air conditioning cold. Ramlee burger and food at jubilee kopitiam next to hotel is nice.

Noise. The motor vehicles noise can long lasting over midnight.

Don't judge a book from its cover... From outside, it's look budget hotel... But when you enter the room.. Wow.. It's like 4 stars hotel. The room is spacious, the beds are comfortable and there is bathtub (my kids love this 😁) Location is good. 5 minutes walk to RnF mall where can find many yummy food there. Very near to JB CIQ Highly recommend if you are looking for budget hotel.

This is first time stayed here. Really better than usual hotel room. Clean and good. Value for the money paid.

Road works going on for future RTS link so can't avoid. But midnight onwards those racers or Malaysia called Mat Rempit, keep roaming and ramming the bike. It last for 4 hours, could not sleep.

The place was clean and nice, staff was kind and helpful.

The baggage drop off point is out in the open, and no ticket was given to collect our bags. So if anyone comes and try to take our baggage, there will be no way to identify the owner of the bag. It's out of the hotel's control, but the outside is very noisy.

There's a water dispenser for both hot and cold water near lift lobby for self top up of water bottle. Staff were very friendly and nice.

Vehicle noises from traffic beside the hotel can be quite loud and last long. Noon time gets abit hot.

Quite near To The city&The CIQ..

Because of the location,with all the RTS construction,with the closure from the front entrance..The staircase,also a little bit steep..Very hard for us,with little kids,elderly,going up and down😥..With luggage🥲

It’s quite clean and staff were friendly. There’s a gelato cafe at the lobby.

Construction work near the entrance of the hotel, quite inconvenient if you want to walk to the overhead bridge that links to CIQ (need to walk further).

The room was clean and nice, a really nice stay for one night in JB.

Probably due to the construction, the hotel looked like it is very close to the station but actually is a very long walk, at least without crossing the highway directly.
